The facility is clean and access is convenient. Clark helped me get signed up and was absolutely wonderful—kind, patient, and professional. He gave me a thorough tour of the facility, pointed out all the access points, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident using every feature. Excellent service and a great experience overall!

My unit door was caught on an item and wouldnt go up. Clark seen I needed help and he didnt hesitate! I'm so grateful to him as we finally got the door unstuck and I was able to get what I needed out of my unit!!!! Clark gives exceptional customer service!!

We had the absolute best experience. We only needed a unit on a very temporary basis (moving...ugh) and the Public Storage on Kawa St was perfect for our needs. And Clark goes above and beyond! He is so thoughtful and really tries to look for ways to help customers get the most for their money.
