I had a blood test on Monday March 4th 2024 at Clinical Labs in Kaneohe. I came in to an empty waiting room in. I checked into the front desk and got into an argument with the rude woman at the front desk. She asked if I was fasting or not. I said yes I was fasting other than the small drink of black coffee I'd just had in the parking lot. I brought it to drink after test but just forgot and had a tiny sip by habit. The coffee was Not in my blood stream for sure and barely in my stomach. But rude woman knew better than me and said "you had a drink of coffee, your not fasting". I was immediately seated in a room where a phlebotomist came to draw blood. She stated that my veins were very good. I'm terrified of needles, and told her so. She hurt me so bad, I let out a little scream. She tried to get me to think of something else while she collected 5 bottles of blood, but I could not. It was painful the entire time. By the time I got home and took off the way too tight bandage a huge bruise had already formed. I get my blood drawn 3 times a year. I've never been hurt before, never had a huge bruise on my vein. Usually I go to DSL 2 doors down and those techs in there are friendly, kind, and funny. Not once have they ever left a bruise on my arm nor made me hurt. In fact last time I was at DLS they withdrew 13 vials of blood. No pain, no bossy, know it all, person at the front desk, and every one who's ever drawn blood from me has given me a chuckle. I'm never going back to Clinical labs ever. I suggest you go to DLS because these guys suck.

Son needed blood work done, the hours on line says closes at 4…got there around 3, to find out they close at 2p. Please update your hours. Thank you.

Workers here are super rude!!! Pulled up in stall to bring my daughter to do labs and a women came outside yelling and saying to move my car. She didn't even ask if we were there for labs. We decided not to use their services. Very unacceptable behavior. I will never come here again and will also make sure that my family members don't come here. Very Unprofessional!! Go to DLS instead!!! That lady needs customer service training! Shame on you!!!

We had Covid tests here before moving on to another island. We did not realize that this site didn’t do 30 minute turnaround. As we had a flight the next afternoon we were real nervous. However the young male technician told us that he would request expedited processing. We were happy and relieved the next morning when we saw the tests in our new portal. Saved us another test and much anxiety! Mahalo.

My first time going there to get my blood drawn for test. There were just five chairs in the waiting room to keep the 6ft distance which I appreciate. I arrived around 6 am and was taken in at 6:20am. I'm very squemish when it comes to needles so I always look away. But the process was quick and before I knew it, I was out the door.

I was a bit nervous to go here after reading all the recent reviews. I had a very pleasant experience there today. Got there early and was greeted immediately. They took my information and had me take a seat. I had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes since I didn't have an appointment. Michelle, who drew my blood, was very friendly and apologized repeatedly about the wait. She was super efficient with my blood draw. Oh, I forgot to mention, their internet was down and I watched the front staff kindly direct several patients to call their doctor's to fax over the request since they couldn't access it over the computer.

The Caucasian lady at the front is rude basically a b***** Don't waste your time at this location and go to the one in Kaneohe Bay Shopping next to T Mobile.

Michelle, Very disappointed with your condescending attitude. When I first called to inquire about a covid testing, You were so impatient and very unpleasant on the phone. You spoke to me like I was your 8 year old child. Coming off as I was inconveniencing you and my questions were frivolous. Even when I went in for my appointment today. You were cocky and just showed no aloha spirit during this trying times. During these times we all are under extra stress, but for your lack of customer service or compassion is embarrassing. Please fix your attitude and the way YOU speak at someone. No one deserves to be spoken to like how you do on the regular.

Michelle is a great tech, friendly and efficient. I have had good experiences with the staff there and it is convenient with good parking and very little waiting. Clean and well appointed.
