Craig made it an all around excellent experience. He started the class promptly at 5am, efficiently covering the plan for the workout as well as the announcements for the gym. It was evident that Craig put thoughtful preparation into ensuring the class would flow smoothly and seamlessly. He was methodical in demonstrating & describing each workout and then coordinating groups to maximize efficiency for each to do the given movement in the time allotted. Water breaks were inserted at good intervals and length - sometimes coaches will say “get water as you need it” but it is easy to forget so that aspect was certainly appreciated. Throughout the workout Craig was scanning the gym and giving pointers where needed as well as positive reinforcement. Overall, Craig’s coaching made it the perfect environment to get a great workout and have fun doing it - Thanks Craig!

Great coaches and programming. Good modification options. The coaches make corrections to form vs allowing you to hurt yourself. Not fake. Provide genuine encouragement and critique. CF Kaneohe also takes Active and Fit (USAA, Kaiser etc) to help reduce the cost of membership. This place is a great investment especially as we age or if you are post-op recovery … they will help tailor for that.

Lauren is a great coach clear with the instructions for the work out and catches me when I am taking to long of a break between sets and motivates to keep pushing!

I love Steph’s classes because she keeps it moving with high energy and that energy engages the whole class a group. She has helped improve my technique with her demonstrations, especially on pull-ups. Her CrossFit gym has been transformative for me both physically and for my overall well being.

I loved today's class. Craig is a great coach and does an amazing job sharing how each movement should go. Cross Fit Kaneohe is a place for all shapes and sizes. They make it fun. First time in my life I look forward to going to the gym!

Today we first worked on a one max rep deadlift and Coach Sean does such an excellent job on explaining and breaking down each movement. It helped me with my form and saving my back. We then had a 9 minute AMRAP and Coach Sean’s positive encouragement really helped me get through it. Thanks Coach for a great class!
