BEWARE! Prices are cheaper at Walgreens!!! Zero stars for Long's Pharmacy. I picked up medicine and paid $100 (with insurance) thinking it would be the same at all pharmacies. My next prescription was picked up at Walgreens and it was $25.00!!! Incredibly disappointed in Long's Pharmacy. No price adjustments allowed. I am sick to my stomach.

First time for us to this branch on the Windward side. We were driving around the island.Very helpful pharmacist who actually left her post to show me where the recommended Allegra was (sneezing and coughing) and the different types ie 12 hours vs 24 hours.Hubs used their restroom after a family of 4. It's by their minute clinic and you need a key.We also picked up lemon peel, ginger, li hing cherry, and more. Doc was generous as ever and paid for everything. She's too quick.Glad we found this store as we had Yelped 2 crack seed shops that were supposed to be nearby.Longs had what we needed so we headed home after that.

Sad Face This morning at about 8 o'clock am 11-10-2022 went to check out. Looking for an open cashier,there was none. There was a line at the self checkout, so I stood in line. While I was checking out, I asked the worker there If any of the regular checkout counters we're open, and she said that she was the only one working. Sad face again.

I came in earlier today and was paying at the self checkout area. I have three Marine Corps Challenge Coins in the coin section of my wallet and for some stupid reason, I took them out to get change and never put them back. It wasn't until 10:30pm that I noticed they were gone. I searched high and low in my car, house, and work. I felt the need to call Longs just as a last resort. Someone had found them and kept them safe for me. I instantly started crying on the phone when the woman said she had them. I'm so sorry that I can't remember her name. These coins (one especially) has been in my possession for two decades. I was so lost and heartbroken. But the wonderful people there kept them and returned them to me. I will forever be grateful. Thank you to the wonderful team that knew these were special to someone.

The pharmacy and clerks are great, and the store is well-stocked. But to save money on employees, I guess, they installed a bunch of those self-checkout machines which are absolutely annoying. Sometimes in the morning they have only one clerk, and instead of running a register, she has to hover over the shoulders of people using the self-checkouts.

I arrived at opening for a behind the counter allergy medicine- my daughter was suffering. They were out and I asked if they could call the nearest longs to check for me. The front person -joey- said no there was someone waiting in line. There was one person waiting, four pharmacy staff - and none of them could help me. The pharmacist was right behind her and knew what I needed and did not step into help. This does not make sense, and is not customer service or pono. This is one reason why chain stores have a bad reputation and we should support local.

HUGE SHOUT-OUT to the EXCEPTIONAL customer service of Ocean C. today at Longs Windward City Shopping Center. I had two large mylar balloons that needed a helium refill and a dozen new latex balloons. I expected some hesitation due to the quantity and for the refill - especially since Party City where I originally purchased the large (and expensive) mylar said that there was no way to refill balloons. From the beginning Ocean C. was friendly and cheerful, making the entire process pain-free. I hope she is recognized for being such an outstanding employee and asset to the company.

Had some time to kill before having a massage next door. Decided to check out this store hoping they would have postcards. (In Hawaii visiting my sister for the next few months.) They didn't have anything I couldn't live without, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back if I need anything.

So the store manager here I believe her name is SHELLY? Dear Shelly, I have to say you run the best CVS! Your staff is incredibly nice, and attentive. They are so busy but available. What I like about your staff is that they will personally WALK with the customer to find a product. What a difference from the CVS in Hawaii Kai on Keahole Street. Someone from the Kaneohe side ought to go to Hawaii Kai and teach them lazy workers how to help the Kapuna's. Kaneohe CVS knows the meaning of Pono, Ohana and Aloha. Hawaii Kai knows only that its payday soon. terese

I took my prescription to be filled and the lady said that the wait time would take 45 minutes That's too long and this Pharmacy is not polite about how long they make their customers wait. They think they're too good and don't have to care about quality customer care! Go to Walgreens- they're much faster in filling prescriptions!

Well my aunt and I went into this location and my aunt had asked this worker where the sale things are and the lady her name was Cherie she was very rude and answered my aunt with an attitude and said oh we can only keep our sale items up for a short time and that she doesn't have time to help her and that helping her ( my aunt) was the last thing on her mind I hope this supervisor gets fired

My family and I are frequent shoppers at Longs/CVS. We get our prescriptions filled there and do our daily shopping. Tonight was the second time I was treated badly by the sales associate this week. I had a coupon on my phone for 3$ off any eye or ear drops. When I was at the check out my coupon didn't take, so I proceeded to ask the clerk why it wasn't working. He said I had the wrong item. I then showed him on my phone it was in fact the correct item ( example was shown on the app ) and I was purchasing the exact item shown in the detail/example given on app. He then said there's nothing he can do and that it seems that I'm having a rough night!! The only reason I would have been having a rough night was because I lost out on a $3 coupon and paid 13$ for my eye drops, and then was insulted by the clerk after HE couldn't figure out why my coupon didn't take.

On a mission since I'm already on this side. I wasn't expecting much of a floral selection but figured I'd check it out since it was in the same parking lot and not too many places are open at this time. Well, as you can see, I haven't found what I was looking for. Lots of parking though and all the shelves are well stocked! Super nice cashiers greet you right at the door!

This is the best place to buy Hawaiian souvenirs to take home, as well as being a great drug store. Pick up some Kukui cream for your sunburn! And use your cvs card to save lots of money.
