I used to enjoy all longs locations. I just left this location after waiting for a cashier to assist me. I got to the cashier just to tell me go to any cashiers they can pro ess your return/exchange. Without saying anything I went to another cashier patiently and told me she's assisting someone so I asked if she was closing since her lights are off. She then turn on her lights. SMH...
WHAT HAPPENED TO LONGS? No acknowledgement, no customer service. 😢 finally another cashier assisted me and said all cashiers may assist with exchanges or returns. 😲 SAD 😔

I shopped at Kaneohe Longs this morning, the employee took my number for my extracare rewards. I had coupons that were to expire the next day and cash that I wanted to use. We'll she told me I don't have any coupons or cash on my card. And that I should make sure I transfer them to my card before shopping. I tried to explain thats exactly what I did and tried to show her on my account that it clearly stated what I knew I had. She faced her back to me and refuse to look at me and said there's nothing I could do . Very frustrated I paid and left. When I got home , I looked at my receipt and showed a different extracare number. So my phone number she inputted was incorrect. Im sure this could have been resolved easily if she didn't refuse to help me. I will start shopping at the other Longs down the road or make sure not go to that same cashier.

Always a great experience. I enjoy visiting this store. The pharmacy personnel are always courteous and helpful. I am just coming back home from having my COVID-19 booster vaccine shot, and Dallas did an excellent job helping me with that. Way to go, friends! Thank you for being amazing.

My husband attempted to pick up my pain medication after being diagnosed with a malignant tumor pressing on my brain. When he tried to explain why.my medication had been increased and how I was flying out on an emergency flight the next evening to get care in another state, the pharmacist on duty refused to release my medication and told him that I need to have the drs office call...making it impossible to get my medication in time for my flight. When i tried to talk to the manager she didnt listen and cut me off and told me sorry about the rules. I am filing an attorney General complaint as well as a quality of health claim. Do not use this pharmacy. It does not care about patients. Just customers.

This review is in regards to the pharmacy.. I've been helped by this employee numerous times and had never known his name and I just found out that his name is Trent and I want to give him a shout out he has always gone out of his way to satisfy the people at the Pharmacy counter even though it seems he has a lot of other things to do and I have to say he's pretty good at his job especially his customer service!

Big shout out to Travis! I was in quite a jam after the ED sent my prescription to Walgreens and it was closed by the time I got there, but Longs was open and Travis took the time to help navigate my insurance and get my prescription filled! Thank you Longs for having such a caring employee!

The pharmacy has horrible customer service. Don't look at their business hours because they don't follow them. On multiple occasions I've arrived before closing or lunch and they've already closed off their line and refuse customers.
I understand breaks and lunch are important but be honest about your hours and times.
