Take my money! I drove to USPS to UPS and finally to FEDEX in search of the best option to ship a package that needs to arrive in a timely manner. USPS couldn’t guarantee my package would arrive via flat rate mail (even though it says 3-5 days on their signage), UPS priced me at $60 for 2 day shipping and FedEx guarantees it will arrive in 2 days all for $20 or my money back!
Rachel had phenomenal customer service at FedEx (and to be fair USPS and UPS did too) but Rachel went above and beyond. She even offered me scissors to use so I could rebox my shipment into their one rate box….USPS doesn’t ever offer that. And she helped me understand better ways to ship in the future with a smile on her face. It felt like I was talking to a good friend.
Why did I not know that the prices at FedEx beat the competition?!?! Did everyone know this except more me?!?!

Located where the American Savings used to be in windward city shopping center. My printer broke and I needed to print one sheet so I emailed what I needed to them. Did the self service. They charge your card $5 to print a 75 cent copy. Still haven't got the balance back.

Loved walking in and seeing a man with RBF to greet me. Loved how it seemed I inconvenienced his day. Loved how he seems to hate his job. Loved how he tried to make me feel dumb for not knowing how shipping works.

Loved this location, the two young girls were so fun to have help me and the tall Asian guy was super helpful, funny, and nice(and tons of fun to talk to about video games). But I didn't give it 5 stars because the old lady that works there was super rude and when I asked a question about why they couldn't split my payments, she straight up ignored me and ignored others who asked her for help. I spent $2k in the last 3 weeks shipping my stuff and not one of the others gave me a hard time. She had me wait almost 2 HOURS for someone to drop off $50 on my $600 order instead of spliting it or holding my boxes (about 50-80lbs each)so i could go to the ATM.. She was so nasty and rude and wouldn't even explain anything. She should retire.
