Not usually my style but Customer service is horrible especially when you talk to Kathleen who is supposed to be a manager. Someone from the staff messed up on our appointment and she couldn't even admit to the mistake but instead argued and made excuses like it was our fault. Well also said all calls are recorded and monitored so obviously it would have the conversation of when the appointment was booked. Never giving my business here again after this. Our family has been coming here for years but she didn't care and said that's okay go somewhere else. I hope that they really have phone records cause then she'll know she was wrong. Zero stars on this! They may cost less but you get managers that are unprofessional and like to argue. For the record the guys that we have encountered were always nice and helpful but this is the first time we had an issue at all and it was with Kathleen.

At the last minute, I called to see if they could change my brake light bulb. I was 1 minute away.. he told me to come in and they would take me. Fast, friendly affordable service.

Had a reservation for safety check at 9 am. Told it would take 1 hour. Left at noon after they told me I needed a new headlight and lost my work order. Counter service agent clueless about customers waiting and taking personal phone calls. Never coming back.

Fair price, great service, and timely!2/19/24: I just went back again. Same great service. They didn't upcharge when I thought I had AC Compressor issue. It was the fan assembly. The staff showed their integrity when informing me of the issue that hundreds of dollars less to address.

I made an appointment on line with this Firestone for a safety inspection as it was going to expire soon. Firestone emailed me a confirmation and reservation number. When I showed up at the appointed time, the woman I spoke said I couldn't have received a confirmation because she didn't have anyone there who could do the safety check. I showed her the email I received. She was completely unsympathetic. She told me that this happens all the time with the on line booking and that I should have called!! I asked if she could take me the following week as this was the last week of the month, and my safety check was going to expire soon. She said she couldn't accommodate me. I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. I said that I couldn't understand then as the manager how she didn't take responsibility for the mix up, and how she never apologized for the inconvenience. She just looked at me blankly. The thing is, I understand that mistakes happen. But I really think she just didn't care. I won't ever go there again.
