My daughter bought a dress from jeans warehouse at Windward mall and asked me to return it with the receipt and her credit card because she doesn't have time to get off of work to do it. Well I never heard of getting denied of the return because my daughter was not present I showed the employee my I.d also and she still said she can't return it.I am so upset at this so called policy so I will have her come in and make time to do this!! I also work at a huge retail store and as long as they have identification that matches the credit card holder we don't deny them, customer service went out the window! I also checked their return policy for online refund purchases and it states for online returns it will be credited back to the original credit card so why can't they just credit it back to the original card in store? Same thing

Daughter went into store on Sunday and put about 10 things on hold. Called Monday afternoon to extend the hold because it was a busy afternoon. Tuesday afternoon, we went into the store to pick up the items. Maria, the sales associate, said it had been a "few days" and she had put most of the things back already. Technically it had only been two days and we had asked for the extension and had gone into the store to pick up the items before the end of the second day. Maria said to give her a few moments to find the things again. I had told her it hadn't been a "few days", just two days and we had called to ask for the extension. In order to save time, I had wanted to look at the items while she finished her search. BUT, she refused to give me the clothes, saying she had to find the one last item. Her attitude was very sour and I asked for her name because she kept arguing with me. She told me she wasn't allowed to give me her name but then moved the clothes she was holding, revealing her name tag. I had asked her if she was the manager and she said no but clarified by saying since there wasn't one there then she "was" a manager. (Not sure how that works.) THEN Maria told the other sales associate behind the counter not to show me the other clothes. And she started calling the manager on the phone saying she had to check with the manager because it had been a "few days" already. Pretty much wanting us to suffer by refusing to show us the clothes so we couldn't buy the clothes. ***************************************** If I were her manager, I would assess her work-ethic: -Instead of waiting until close of business, she wanted to save herself a few minutes and put away the clothes early. She probably could have offered to help other customers in the store during that same time, but didn't. -When we asked about the clothes, instead of offering an apology for putting the clothes away early, she blamed us. -The part about refusing to show us the clothes is just plain dictatorial. Like it's her way or no way. Question for the manager: Should this person be on the sales floor at all, representing your brand? ****************************************** Maria lost a $200 sale...maybe more money in fact, for your establishment, because I do purchase a lot annually from Windward, Kalihi and Ala Moana. I guess Maria thinks customers are not necessary for a business. Nice way to lose a customer, Maria! Note: My first job was in retail. For a few years I worked at the flagship store of Hawaii's top retailer at the time. I would never treat a customer like Maria treated me/us. Had I, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have been employed there long. Maria's behavior is something I have not encountered before...it was so egregious. Is that how far customer service has fallen? No wonder people shop online more-and-more!

The most disgusting store. One of the employees kept following me and forced me to show her where I put back some items I had tried on and harassed me the moment I walked into the store to the moment I got out. Yes it was because of my skin color because I went in with a Caucasian colleague and she was never asked any of the same and she had a backpack just as I had.

I bought a cute sweater and when I got home I realized one of the sleeves was completely ripped and had been tapped to make it tight like the other side so that was a big disappointment I thought the store was great till now

I like shopping here for clothes that you are just going to keep for about 6 months they have everything from a to z and they usually carry most sizes if they don't have what you like just keep going bad he will eventually find something you like in there
