The customer service was exceptional, as they helped me throughout the entire process of choosing new shoes for my son. I had many questions about the different shoes and prices and the employees working at Journeys responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I can't wait for my next purchase. Thank you ladies! I will be back to get shoes for my other kids.

DJ is the man! had a question on a Friday and he said he got the answers, come in when you can. Went in the next day and he helped out quick and easy with good vibes. definitely considering my shoe purchase at this location in the near future.

Some family members gifted me with a much-needed pair of new shoes. This store had a great selection of merchandise. DJ was knowledgable and friendly. He helped me make sure the shoes fit. He was interesting and I had a good time talking to him; he made me feel like I could take my time. Highly recommend this store for your footwear needs.

I just want to recognize a few sales associates who were extremely kind and helpful. Caleb, Keana, and DJ patiently helped me try to find a comfortable pair of shoes. I have foot issues so it is nearly impossible to find shoes that fit. Even though I was not able to find a pair there, I got some recommendations about other brands to try. I really appreciate all of their help.

We love this store. New to the area we roamed around and found Journeys for shoes! DJ talked much husband into a pair of sandals. Found out it's a very popular brand. Our kids love it. came back today for a pair of casual men's. DJ was there, sold us two pairs for my husband and told us Berkwnstocks were on sale. My husband walked out with three pairs of assorted styles. Ask for DJ if you go in. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. Plus a terrific staff member!

We went to this store on Black Friday and the employee was super helpful. I think his name is Mike, he had longer hair. The shoes did not end end up fitting so we went in to exchange them a few days later. Unfortunately, they did not have the right size, but Mike called around to all the other stores to see if they had the right size in stock. He was super helpful which you do not see often these days. He is not act like we were bothering him like many other stores do. He was professional! Thanks Mike

Love this place, and DJ is the nicest guy I've ever met. This stellar employee has a kind soul, and knows the merchandise up and down after 10 years working at this location. I live a mile away and get all my shoes AND socks from Journeys at Windward Mall. Keep it up DJ!

Always great customer service at this location! We are always greeted with a smile and they are usually very ready to help my daughter and I are always greeted with a smile very great customer service, the very opposite at champs. I recommend this store as the vibes are always good and they do a military discount!

This review is for the Kaneohe ,Hi store in the Windward mall. My son and I came in to buy shoes for school and look at running shoes. I never write reviews . I would have to say it was the best experience we have ever had . The store was clean and had good vibes . DJ was absolutely super awesome in not only reading my son's style type but also giving other options in that we would never had tried before. DJ was knowledgeable in sizes, comfort and functionality. From the second we walked in to the moment we were finished with our transaction it was a fun and happy experience ! The best experience ! I totally recommend going to Journeys Kaneohe and asking for DJ!

First of all, I do not understand the poor reviews! I have not experienced such excellent customer service like this thanks to DJ. He is the nicest guy and genuinely helps and cares for his customers! We just outfitted our 14year old son with the sickest coolest Vans. DJ helped us with the sizing and really went beyond what he needed too! Thanks DJ for your support! If anyone who goes in ask for him. He is the best!

Very poor customer service. "Helped" by the white guy with glasses. He tried to ignore us when we walked in. We asked to try on a shoe, he went to the back and forgot the shoe size. He had to come back out to ask us again. When he brought the shoe out he gave us the display and the other side that wasn't even laced up. Then, disappeared to the back of the store again. I wish my daughter didn't want the shoes so badly. I would have preferred not to purchase from this store. On a side note, an Asian guy helped ring us up. He was very helpful and courteous. Thumbs up to him.
