Makani Kai Marina is a private gated residential waterfront condominium community and marina located in Kaneohe, Hawaiʻi. This is NOT a public marina and access is limited to owners, residents, registered guests, and authorized boat slip users. Under new on-site management since December 2024, the community has focused on improving operations, maintenance, communication, and property standards. The property features deeded boat slips, private parking, resort-style amenities, top-of-the-line security camera systems throughout the community, and an on-site residential property manager to help maintain a safe, peaceful, and secure living environment for residents and their families.
We attended an event in the Community room. Very nice space! And a nice stroll to the water oceanside. Parking was a guessing game as we didn't want to take a resident's spot.
