From the mainland and needed a place to get my eyebrows waxed! A friend referred me and the had quick service and my eyebrows look phenomenal!!!
Requested style: Asked her not to make brows thin and she did as requested!!!!

They were very unkind and I felt they were talking down to me and impatient the whole time both people I saw and they made my nail look like a bubble with too much polish it was a horrible manicure and pedicure in every way and I will never go back there it makes me so sad how terrible people are treating one another now days a mani pedi is supposed to be a happy thing you get to do but they just made me feel like I was being bullied the whole time I left wanting to cry and I have these horrible nails to remind me of how I was treated

Maya did a great job on my pedicure. The massage chairs are a plus during the service. I highly recommend this salon. Friendly staff and good prices.
Cleanliness: This was my second visit and Maya did not disappoint. Her style was very caring and careful. Her station and tools were very clean. Hot towels were nice after the sugar mask/scrub. The water tub was plastic lined and the water was not too hot (could have been a tad hotter.) She used gloves which I preferred to bare hands. She also wore a face mask. Her sanitary protections were appreciated.

Took my granddaughter here for her birthday. Amy did her nails and even added flowers to her mani and pedi. Vicky always does my nails and she does an excellent job everytime I see her. Nail and Lash Boutique is the best!

Just made an appointment and already skeptical bc the front reception was a bit short when I just asked questions. Seemed irritated over the fact I just needed to learn about parking validation and type of services. I made an appointment and hoping the lash tech is better experience. Sigh , keeping appointment for benefit of doubt.

So my relationship with this nail salon is a long one but to make it as short as possible. I have tried several times to come here in hopes for a good service. I get a mani /pedi every two weeks. I came today as where I normally go I thought I had booked my appt and didn’t . Once again terrible. I didn’t enjoy my pedi . She was rough she pincehed my skin with the nail clippers after that I wouldn’t let her use the cuticle tool on me in fear she would cut me. She was rushing the service . This salon is literally 5 min from me but it’s so bad . I drive to Mili 2 Nails in Honolulu 20 min out . If you want spa like treatment and an amazing service oh and the servers here actually talk and can hold a conversation with you go to Mili 2 nails. With nail services being so expensive you and me deserve a good experience and a good job . This place is just terrible and Not enjoyable at all. . Mili 2 Nails ladies you will not be disappointed and will bet treated right with the best service .

While location and ambiance is fantastic…timeliness is simply not followed let alone when making an appointment…every time our scheduled appointment was not ready so we had to wait…one provider even mentioned “we always are delayed with you”. So if you have another engagement, suggest not to book with this salon…you’ll be late or simply not have an appointment

I forgot my EarPods 3 weeks ago, immediately the same day I called them to keep it safe, I was traveling and I came today for my EarPods . Nobody knows about it , they didn’t do the effort to look for it , they just ignore me. I was a frecuente client , and I will never go to this place again. Costumer service is important.
