Second time something went wrong with pumping gas. Stops middle of filling gas into your car. Need to train sales associate about refund information doesnt go back right but takes few days. ?

Just a quick stop for gas... After a few errands driving a few places in the area noticed that I neglected to keep the tank filled which was really running on empty and needed a quick filling though the price were quite higher which does reflect the convenient of the area which is right across Windward Mall. It's nice and well lit as it's right along side a busy road I did feel safe filling up, really didn't do very much other than that and can't really comment on service though when I used my card it asked for the zip code which is a nice security feature that is comforting but is a handy place to get things done as they do have a 7-11 right behind for any other essentials you may need before you leave to and get on your way. Thank you!

Won't take VISA cards. Go to Aloha instead, you won't have issues there.

This station has new ownership and is now very clean and organized. Friendly staff there also and they also sell Ethanol fuel for my boat!

Place seems to be under new ownership. Seems like a nice change. Store feels a lot cleaner and more open. It no longer smells like animal feed. If you are a boater like myself, you can fill up ethanol free gas here!

Every time I go there, the facility honestly smells bad. The first time I went in there I had to hold my breath, but the second I couldn't even try to hold my breath. It even leaves a bad after taste. It's the same smell every time, it's not gas. It smells like something died in there. I would suggest maybe getting that checked out.

Arrived at the station and I'm assuming the owner (female) is always super nice however there was an older man working at the register.

I only go to this gas station to fill my gas tank. I needed to withdraw some cash and my bank was closed so I used their atm. Paid the $3 fee to withdraw cash. Then asked the female cashier for change for a $20. She was literally about to hand me my change when a rude older caucasian man told the female cashier that I couldn't have change if I wasn't making a purchase. I told him I was about to fill my gas tank but because I wasn't using cash I still couldn't get change. So I spent $45 on gas and $3 atm charge at a business that couldn't give me change for $20. Thanks a lot. That's the LAST time I get gas there.

Because only this gas station and 7 Eleven KAHALUU has non ethanol gasoline, and I do believe Shell has good GASOLINE and friendly workers..

I always come here to fill my tank when I'm in Kaneohe. The station was empty, I filled my tank, then tried to walk over right next door for a quick purchase. An employee, probably the owner, came out and told me I couldn't do that. Sorry but as a paying customer, I should be able to walk 30 ft next door for 2 minutes. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff here are very friendly
