Good color selection, but not too overwhelming. Take your swatches out the front door for look in natural light. And signing up for an acct is easy & quick, saved us some $$, and also will save record of our purchase, so can look up old colors if you lose the info and want to match.

Their DURATION and emerald paints for exterior are awesome. The only thing comparable is the interior Ben Moor Aura--which is really good but their EXTERIOR paints are worthless. Sherwin Williams updates formulas and keeps improving on their paints whereas BM has not changed their exterior formula in 20 years. We used them first on my home and 5 years later the paint is cracked and peeling. By total chance, we had one gallon of the SW Duration we used on some cement block also 5 years ago and it looks NEW still.So, SW is for us all the way. The young guy there helping me match a hand mixed art color also spent several tries getting it just right and DID. It is not quite shine same so we will have to recover all but the color is PERFECT. Maybe the shine faded a bit over time? But no one else but City Mill's John could match that color correctly and he passed last year:(...So, mahalo to them and for taking the time to get it right! The gray green color was hard to match and it looks great now!

Great service and assistance in the store today. I learned a lot and now feel knowledgeable enough to make a wise decision regarding which quality, finish, and color makes sense for us.I will be returning to make a large paint purchase for my house exterior.

Great service here. Lately they can't get supplies due to shipping. They try to pull from other shops. They have great hours too. Esp on weekends when others are closed.

My sister sent me here for a few gallons of paint and accessories. Parking was a little difficult, but the rest of the experience was wonderful once I was inside the store. The clerk on duty was marvelous and helped me out to the car after we had completed our transaction. Been awhile since I've had customer service of this caliber. Ignore the other businesses who sell only paint. Come here for the full package of paint and true assitance for all your needs.

The only real issue for me is the store is a bit on the small side of Serwin-Williams stores. The Kapolei and Waipahu stores felt bigger and like they have more selection of tools/products.

Excellent Service. We were there to buy paint for our deck, Katrina helped us with the information we needed to match our color selection from a paper swatch.
