Waited 40 minutes just to return equipment. This store is very slow and inefficient. The actual process of turning in the equipment took less than a minute.

Over an hour wait just to turn in internet equipment. There really should be a designated representative or box for drop off.

This is how bad these services are. Forever long lines. There are always plenty of customers with plenty of issues. But it doesn’t matter because the only competition (Hawaiian Telcom) are equally as bad, if not worse with horrible connection service. This is the story of Hawaii. It’s not like the mainland where you can attempt to get a better company with better service. You pay a ton for junk service or try cheaper with worse service. Just prepare yourself when you go to any spectrum store. Not a knock on the employees but as huge of a company as Spectrum, they can afford to hire more employees to help with these long lines.

This place is a joke. Got in line. Was number nine on the list. Walked around the entire mall. 20 minutes later, still number nine on the list. Not worth it.
If you just need to return equipment, you will save yourself a lot of time by going to the UPS store instead.

Skip this store. Call customer service directly.
Went in to do an account takeover/transfer and after half an hour of the employee (without a name tape that said his name was Matthew) telling me that it wasn’t a thing and that I needed to start a new contract, I called spectrum customer service and was able to confirm he was incorrect. He consulted whoever his lead/manager was twice during this (between 1100-1130 11 May) which is super unfortunate that instead of trying to help customers, they are choosing to instead make numbers by getting new contracts. The account transfer/takeover form I submitted a week prior that I came to check up on magically appeared after calling customer service.

Need to hire people who can actually be of help. 4 people working only 2 people out front. Had an appointment and continued to tell me to go online. Do you want this job? Or do you want me to go online? I’m confused. The lady I had didn’t even have basic manners.

When you enter the Store the staff ignores you. They have zero customer service systems or skills. There are 12 people sitting or standing waiting while the 3 young reps behind the counters simply ignore you. Make sure you have hours to waste as you will stand around for a long time before anyone even acknowledges you are there

Horrible customer service. Living in Hawaii one year. Problems with Spectrum and horrible customer service from this store from the beginning. I'm stuck with them as they are the only Internet provider on our street, but I took my mobile phone business to another carrier. Beware of Spectrum!!!

Had a great experience setting up my new phone. Sean W was super friendly and helpful. He was patient and answered all the questions I had. I noticed the other staff were great too!
