This kāneohe location spencers is unbelievable. First of all they have a sign up saying theyll "be back in 30 minutes" waited for over an hour for them to open up. I seen two workers inside talking stories standing around. Even security got involved and they didnt answer to security calls. Then i see lights shutting off i call out and this lady says theyre closed at 7! Its 810 now! And they didnt have a closed sign. They seen customers outside waiting to be allowed in! The lasy was so rude arguing with a customer. I asked her why is there no closed sign and she said "we dont have one" and i said its easy to make one with paper hello! Security even said this has been happening a lot with them. This is absolutely disgusting. The very least they couldve done is tell us that they were closed instead of making us wait out there for over an hour expecting the store to be open! So sad how little aloha those workers showed us customers that always spend over $100 everytime we come. This is absolutely disappointing!!!

When I arrived at Spencer's, the gate was down with a sign on it that said "back in a few minutes". I assumed this meant the employee was in their lunch break and so went to do some other shopping. Came back after about twenty minutes, gate still closed, so I sat down to wait. It has now been over an hour, and multiple other people are also outside waiting. It would be helpful if they listed a time on the sign saying when the store répond as this has been a huge waste of time.
