Fran is awesome. 10/10 Best Customer Service on Island.
I called almost every surf shop on island looking for a specific board and she was the only one, out of all of the different companies that said "I don't have it but I can check to see if I can get it". She found the surfboard that I wanted, stayed in contact thought-out, updating me on it's delivery ETA, and it finally arrived.
Anytime I need something from T&C I'm gonna drive to this one because Fran is awesome.

My husband grew up surfing and body boarding. T & C Surf Designs was a major brand for him. Visiting the original store was a big deal. Great place for authentic surf gear.

I can't remember the last time I stepped into a T&C store. I needed board shorts and stopped by the neighbor to the left. Meh, wasn't a lot of selection and couldn't find what I needed. Stepped into T&C and was greeted, think the manage, super nice. Asked what I was looking for and she showed me what I was looking for. Told me some promotions they had for items, tried a few things on and left happy. Feel like retail is hard these days with online shopping but buying board shorts I needed asap, would hope all T&Cs have the same level of service.

Hubby always likes shopping this store. Typical surf shop t-shirts, shorts, sunglasses, surf gear etc. It's a small store, but in the back they always have 3 sale racks of men's clothing, that I help him look for stuff and usually can find some good swim shorts at good price. Not much for women but a few weeks ago I noticed a sign at the front register, buy $20 of Puravida jewelry and get a free bracelet! Yes! At last my prayers were answered and something I can finally buy at T and C. I've been wanting a few Puravida bracelets and I finally bought my first ones. I couldn't decide which charms and colors & I couldn't believe how patient and funny the guy salesperson was with me and helped me pick out the perfect plumeria and Aloha charm bracelet. The free one was from a stack of "original" colored bracelets that they had behind the counter. I was a little disappointed, from the sign, I thought I could pick any bracelet, but they were so helpful with me and my husband. I bought the bracelets and he found 2 Hurley shorts for sale! I liked my bracelets so much, I came back the week after, and the girl at the front desk was just as nice and patient! They always have great customer service and a decent sale rack for guys!

THANK YOU to the amazing team of T&C that helped me shop for the perfect Xmas presents for my family! They went above and beyond as a team to get me the things I had on my wish list. I came in looking for Hydroflasks, particularly 32 oz and 16 oz in certain colors. They checked their stock and the stock of other T&C's when the colors I wanted werent available and I really appreciated that. The costs of the Hydroflasks are almost equivalent after tax to prices online with added shipping to HI, so I thought going in-store was the best option for me. I would also like to note that T&C has a 1 year policy on the Hydroflasks they sell on top of the lifetime warranty offered by the brand itself. The store is clean and easy to navigate with extended hours this holiday season! Horrible customer service, if you even call it that here!!! Everyone had such bad attitudes and have death stares, especially the young girl with straight black hair with chubby cheeks. Aren't places selling things suppose to be welcoming customers, be respectful and helpful??? I'm a paying customer, you're supposed to be nice to me...not here, apparently! This place is way overpriced and absolutely horrendous customer service. I'll definitely take my money elsewhere. If I could give this place a zero, I would but Yelp doesn't let you. To Lani/Charlene I apologize for the delay in responding to your private message. I'm new to Yelp and still trying to figuring out how things work on here. I responded to your private message a few minutes ago. I've been to your store twice and encountered the same female. So I don't understand how you can say there's no one in your store that fits that description. Perhaps, she no longer works there, or my description and what you see isn't connecting for you. I have no idea. If in the area, I will stop by and get her name for you, if she still works there.

This store is smaller than the Pearlridge one, but the service was really good. All of the workers were pleasant and asked if we needed anything. They have some new hydroflasks that they only sell at T&C.

I love shopping at T&C Surf in Kaneohe Windard Mall. They always have a great selection Men's T-Shirts, cool looking watches, and Hydroflask products. The employees there are always friendly and always asking me if I need help. There prices are very reasonable. Thank you T&C Surf have having a top quality store on the Windward side of the island. -Grant

I was impressed with the level of service I received last night. Upon walking in I was first greeted by a gentleman who asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I mentioned sweaters and he directed to the sweaters and helped me with the selection. Talked to Aaron a bit as well. Then later on another young man asked if I was Christmas shopping or shopping for myself. We ended up having a good conversation about snowboarding. I appreciate the effort of small talk made to provide good customer service. They could have easily talked amongst each other by the register or left me to shop, but the fact that multiple people approached me and tried to establish that rapport right off the bat was to me above and beyond, and I truly appreciated the shopping experience I had. Thank you T&C crew from last night.

Great Local Store.. Friendly staff. Always Clean. Wish it had more of the stuff that Pearl Ridge or Ala Moana had, more of a selection. looking at the reviews about discount, I hope that the people that gave 1 star know that the entire Windward mall only gives the "military discount" on Mondays.. so if that is the only complaint.. Good Job T&C

Wow! Jus made a purchase at T&C Surf designs in Windward Mall. Showed my military ID at checkout. Sales 'Girl', says oh NO only on Mondays, throws the shirt and receipt in the bag and halfass hands it to me. Poor customer service!

Poor customer service. Happened to ask about military discount because we were given discount from another merchant on same day (who by the way referred us to t&c because they were out of the size we needed). Cashier acted as if we were acting entitled and literally threw the item and receipt in bag! Seriously - young kids these days need to learn the value of service-customer and to our country!
