never answer their phone. long waits. short and sweet. close at 4pm. bad hours, bad service and long waits=i'll find another bank!

Poor employees. Ordered checks there, a month after call to see when I would be getting my checks and they had no record of my check being ordered. Told me to come down and reorder so I did but they sent wrong address info on new ordered checks.
