A long time ago, there was a car wash at the Shell Station in Kahala. Nothing fancy. Just drive up, pay. Put car in neutral, hands off steering wheel, no braking, close windows and relax. The car got a nice wash and towel dried once it got through the wash. Cars came out looking great. The workers were trained well and were very professional. They took great care of the car and the customer. Repeat business was great. Windward Auto Spa has the same DNA. I go there each time my car is serviced at Honda Windward and I am always happy with how well me and my car are treated. You can get additional services but for me is that simple car wash that’s done well that is no ka oi.

This place was only open sometimes. I showed up 5 times to achieve only 2 washes. Nobody there twice during posted business hours. People there but not washing cars once. One time I did get a wash but even at 8:30 there weren't enough people there to get a vacuum.

This used to be a decent car wash. Just had another car wash a couple of hours ago...very very disappointed.
Waited a least three minutes for someone to see me waiting there for my car to receive manual wipe down. Blowers at the end of the wash tunnel not strong enough to blow the car dry!!! When a worker finally got to me and my car the towels he was using was damp and left streaks all over the car and its glass too!!!
Shameful, shameful, shameful!!!
WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

First time there was a great experience, washed my car today and was very disappointing. There was still dirt and bird poop on my car, the blow drying portion did absolutely nothing had to use my windshield wipers to just to get the water off enough to make my way over to the guys drying the cars off. Appreciate the guys trying to get the water off my car but their rags were so wet it was just smearing around the water. Had to get my own towel out to finish drying off my car along with scrubbing off the random spots of dirt and bird poop off , and have a new scratch on my car that wasn’t there prior :/ Wasn’t worth the money this time around. Nothing on the people working there, but they need to update the car wash or something and blow dryer :( don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. Experience today wasn’t a good one

I've been coming here since they opened. I really liked the ability to load 10 prepaid car washes onto a card at a discounted price which sadly they apparently no longer offer. Now it's the full price of $18 to go through the automated wash. It was a decent job at the discounted rate but I won't be returning. They are cheaper alternatives

Don't get your safety check done here or service your car. Waiting room is disgusting and drab. Go to windward honda if you have a Honda otherwise steer clear. Dinged me on safety check for BS stuff that other places wouldn't think twice of. They are looking for work to charge you on plain and simple.

Even though I drove in the wrong side of the property for work to be done, and I asked the employee three times (my fault for not believing his answer the first time) that yes I could drive through the garage area to get to the correct side, everyone was super friendly and professional. Great staff, great work, great price!
