I miss Longs Drug Stores. It felt like home entering a Longs again! The staff is welcoming and friendly. The store is ultra clean and the choices of items are perfect. This store in Koloa is filled with local items that other stores don't carry. I'm thankful for this store! Close in proximity and stocked!! Highly recommend!!

The staff are always friendly. it is about time the store can update bathrooms. very poor. The pharmacist that was on 8/17 was exceptional.

Every time I shop here there's some type of issue checking out that's caused by Longs : both their policies and lack of customer service staff. I shouldn't have to provide my data of birth to buy cough syrup - that's not the law in Hawaii, it's Longs' policy, and that's all. But if you try to checkout at their Automated checkout, you have to wait for staff to come approve your purchase. Cool if it takes 30 seconds, but it's been 3-4 minutes on average. Shouldn't take me 5 minutes to checkout when there's no one in front of me at self checkout with 4 items. Do better guys.

Went to the CVS in Kapaa after Dr called in prescription at 12 and at 2 when they opened again they still didn't ha e my prescription ready another 20 minute wait. Are you kidding me. You didn't even open up back at 2 when you said you would answer then we had to wait until you decided to help. Worthless.

They had what I needed, Safeway didn't. No long lines or crazy drivers. Beam me up Scotty. I was in and out quickly and service was very helpful.

A major issue arose when my hubby forgot some necessary medication at home in CA. In the confusion of trying to find where the prescription was sent after our doctor's office closed, I called Longs and spoke with Lena. She was an Angel, truly. She was able to look up my husband's information and get his a refill within 30 minutes. I wish she would have been there when we arrived to pick up this order. She definitely made our day and was a pleasure to chat with on the phone. I hope the higher ups at Longs give Lena special recognition for going above and beyond.

We're here in Kauai on vacation from SF Bay Area and Your pharmacist is amazing. She set my expectations realistically when my Rx would be ready. I had made a call to the call center to find out where the Rx was. I then found out my daughter's Rx was sent to the Sacramento discharge pharmacy. Kapaa and Sacramento and dramatically different . They were able to do a transfer of the Rx. Thank you and your pharmacy technician for processing this for us, we greatly appreciated the time and effort you both put into this task.

CVS/Long's never has the mediation I need. Gave up on them. Will drive to Walmart in Lihue. They always have what need and it's always ready when I get there.

Unprofessional. Needed very very important medications and they kept putting it off saying they haven't filled it yet... it's been almost a week and I've gone without medications that are vital for my health condition. Terrible service that doesn't care about patients. How can you "forget" to process medications for 6 days straight when the person calls and asks about their medications once a day because it's important for their health???

We literally go out of our way to buy stuff from this Long's store because we always have the best experience at this location. Every employee we've come into contact with has been extremely helpful and friendly. Lines to check out are always quick as well.

You will definitely need to plan in advance for Covid testing, at least two days before travel. While I appreciate the ability to make an appointment, I waited in the drive-through for an hour to administer a self test, and my results were not available by the time I departed the following day or when I arrived at my destination. With the current restrictions in Hawaii requiring negative results within 72 hours of arrival to exempt you from quarantine, if you're traveling to Kauai, be aware. Kauai will not allow you to enter your travel results post arrival to avoid the quarantine (while other islands may permit). I know everyone is doing the best they can, but as a frequent inter island traveler, I've used MinitMedical (Maui) and they process results through Clinical Labs (typically less than 24 hours to process results). CVS takes more than 24 hours and you have to self-administer your test and wait at least two days for results. Will avoid in future!

In January, 2021, we were in Kapaa supposedly for 3 days. We needed a Covid test to get back to Maui. A staff person at CVS there told us it should be 3 days for us to get our results. It ended up taking 4 days, and we had to find accommodations for an extra day, which turned out not to be too much of a problem. We also had to change our flight. I got an email from the manager saying it was out of their control. I wish that staff member wouldn't have made us believe it would be 3 days. It really put a kink in our vacation ambiance. Pro: we got to stay another day in paradise!

CVS Longs Pharmacy in Kapa'a . The customer service is so bad. I was standing by the counter to pick up prescription. Two workers at the pharmacy seen me. They looked at me once in a while, 5 minutes had past and no one has greeted me, or offered any help. The two workers just seem so busy in the computer but what about us customers who needs to pick up their medications. I hope that the pharmacy takes this into consideration into greeting and helping customers as a first priority. We had been customers for so long and this is not the first that time this happened.
