Store is very clean and well decorated. It was nice getting out of the heat into some A/C. It felt very nice, girls are very welcoming with great smiles and are very helpful. Purchase several items In fact came back and purchased more. Lots of nice T's and finally tank tops that fit me 2X. Will definitely come back.

The first day I came here I had a great experience and the customer service was excellent however a few days after I came in again to look for a pair of shorts and had an uncomfortable experience. One of the workers was following me around as if I was going to steal from the store. I hope she doesn't create an unpleasant experience to anyone else like how she did for me.

awesome family-owned surf shop with fantastic customer service and great prices. they carry all the major surf/skate brands but also a lot of local brands too. great Kaua'i-specific gear -- hats, tanks, tees, hoodies, stickers... they're doing their best to stay safe and keep customers safe with COVID, and still providing good selection and super-friendly service. easy parking on the side and really good deals to be found -- whether you need surf gear, some new fashion, or souvenirs for mainland folks. definitely check this shop out!

Really good surf shop and great customer service in Kapaa town. I'm always on a mission to find Hawaii only Hurley clothing and I found it here along with some really cool Kauai specific tank tops & tees. One, in fact caught my eye one day we were walking along Kuhio Highway and that's why we stopped in. It was on a display mannequin outside and when I found the stack inside the store, they didnt have the color or size as the one outside. I asked the lady working there if she could grab the one from outside and she was totally willing to do that. Super cool of her... I got that Kauai tank, a Hurley Hawaii tee and a couple of Kauai tee shirts as souvenirs for relatives back on the mainland. I really liked some of the designs they have. They were pretty timeless. Easy purchase. I also made a special order online purchase after getting back to the mainland on a Kauai rooster trucker hat that I saw at their shop and regretted not buying. They reached out to me, set up a link on their website and i was able to pay for it secure, as well as have it shipped to my work address. I really appreciated them going above and beyond for me. As you know, Kauai isnt as busy as the other Hawaiian islands so e-commerce isnt set up as readily for some businesses. I was so stoked to wear that hat in California the rest of the summer. Mahalos Deja Vu! I'll be back on the Garden Isle as soon as I can.
