I really love this boutique. I went in looking for a swimsuit for my daughter and we both ended up with matching ones. The shop owner was so sweet and helpful. Her brands are amazing and some local designs too. Great selection and beyond friendly.

Best shop on Kauai and Sierra really knows how to help you find THE perfect things for your body, and is also very sensitive when something doesn't look great.. Her customer service skills, eye tor design and big heart really made every single shopping experience here fun, and more importantly, she never steered me wrong!Her products are well curated and well made. I wear my pieces again and again and almost three years later I'm still doing so.. they look great and I get so many compliments every time!My absolute favorite bathing suit of all time is the one I bought there wirh her help and being a bigger girl, bathing suit shopping can be a struggle but it was really safe and fun with her!I smile every time I look at or wear any of my pieces and remember thr bright spot that she was during my time living there when she made the island a brighter and happier place.Back in NYC but will always go here for my Hawaiian/Kauai outfit needs whenever I'm back.. hopefully very soon:)Thank you, Sierra!!!! Best boutique experience ever! You truly have the gift of a fashion eye and customer service that cannot be beat!

What a lovely store! More importantly their customer service was +++ which is hard to come by these days. The ladies there greeted us with aloha and chimed in with recommendations as we browsed. I'm disappointment only in the fact that we weren't able to purchase anything today which was no fault but sizing. We look forward to visiting again when the bikini line drops next month!

Welcome to Beachside Boutique in Kapaa town where you can shop from a local family-owned business! We have so many treasures from Bikinis to Workwear, Mommy and me outfits sizes from 2-14 on up to XL. We carry only locally made Jewelry, Sarongs, and Turkish cotton Beach Towels with traditional Hawaiian prints.We also carry a varied line of beach bags, makeup bags,etc. Girls bathing suits (sizes 2-14) and rash guards too! Come shop with us and we will be happy to help you find that perfect outfit or gift!!

This place has the BEST customer service and the owner will personally make sure the customer is happy! I just had my dream bathing suit shipped to me in CA and I love how their email system will tell you exactly when your package has been delivered. They have a great selection of swimwear, towels, and the like, but the customer service alone knocked my socks off! I will shop here again and again because of it. Purchased many Swimsuits from this store for a few years now for not only myself but for my 2 daughters as well. But unfortunately with my recent visit I will no longer be shopping and taking my business here ever again. When I went to the shop the owner was there and even with COVID restrictions she allowed people to try on swim attire and clothing saying that she would sanitize them after trying them on. Before & after purchase the owner didn't mention anything about not being able to return the items and on the receipt it noticed that you could return items as long as it was before 14 days. I think it w as 14 days. ( wish I had the receipt to show you ) But I took on of the items Back to return there was a different gal working there and she asked if I wanna exchange and I said no return. She then said they don't return and she had to call a manager, even though the receipt said they did. After calling the owner she said she said " ALL SALES FINAL " because of COVID. Then I asked her if I can exchange because she mentioned that when I first walked in and she replied OH No sorry I can't do that either. It didn't make sense, she let everyone try on the swimsuits, multiple suits in fact. Then she said she can't return them for sanitary / COVID reasons. She also mentioned she needed to update the receipt. Customer service was not up to satisfactory that day. Knowing that her receipt said it was possible to return she should of just did it. Considering the suit was $85.00 Will NOT be shopping there again. I've spent a lot of money shopping there and purchasing Bags, towels & countless $85-$200 swimsuits. That was the last time!! I will be taking my business NEXT DOOR to SALT + SEA instead.

This is not your usual souvenir store, very special items and incredibly helpful staff. Looking forward to stopping by again next time we're on Kauai.
