They did a great job! I ordered a new bike through them and they put it together perfectly. They have fixed my bikes for years. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff ❤️

Excellent and friendly service. Stopped by day before and was given advice when best time - followed and worked out perfectly. Equipment maintained and functioned well.

September 27 2023: Just walked over to Kauai Cycle to find a sign in the window announcing they are no longer renting bicycles, directing hopeful renters to the other businesses in the area.

Helped me out dearly with some advice on where to ride my gravel bike nearby. They sell this awesome map that tells you which roads are narrow / wide shoulder, how dangerous they are and which are paved / dirt. Definitely gave me the info I needed to go out and ride. Wish they had jerseys in stock I would have bought one.

20 year resident of Kauai and I have always received fabulous service here...multiple overhauls and rebuilds, lots of wheels built, and very fair pricing on lots of high-quality in stock on shelf parts and cycling gear. can always cannot always turn things around overnight, but they try their best to be helpful as possible.Evan

Flat out refused to repair my eBike flat tire stating they don't work on eBikes! I fixed it myself! It was simple. With all the eBikes today I would think they would be more accomodating.

Today I stopped in to see if the guys could fix a flat on my bike. They said sure and got to the task right away. The young guy that fixed my flat also cleaned and oiled my chain . He did a super job and was so helpful. These guys know what "customer service" is all about ! Mahalo

I brought my bike in for a flat tire and the Sales rep convinced me to let him shorten the chain. Big mistake! Before I brought it in: no problems with the chain. After he shortened it, I can't even ride the bike up the hill to my house without the chain coming off half a dozen times. So I took the bike back in, to get the damage they'd done *undone* and Jason - the owner - informed me that my bike is "simply no good anymore", they can't fix it, that it was sheer coincidence that the chain stopped working the same day they "fixed" it, and that I need to buy a new bike (presumably from him).I don't know in what world a business breaks a customer's property and then refuses to fix the damage. And in what world they add insult to injury by throwing you out of their shop for daring to request that they repair it. But that's not a world that I want to live in, so I have to warn everybody about this place: if it ain't broke, don't let them "fix" it.And sorry you're so stressed Jason, but there was really no need to take it out on me. It might be time to retire & let somebody who cares take over. Your attitude towards Customer Service was summed up perfectly when I told you that your treatment of me was going to lead to a bad review, and you whiplashed "like I give a sh*t!"

There's a reason most of your recent reviews are bad...
