I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Nail Designer! The work was extremely professional, and the results speak for themselves – the quality is evident in the photos. I especially want to highlight the politeness and friendliness with which I was treated. The service was exceptionally customer-oriented and exceeded my expectations in every way. I am completely satisfied, and if I visit the island again, I will definitely book another appointment here. Thank you for the amazing work!

Great service! Went for a pedicure one day & returned for my nail a few days later. I liked that they had conversation with us, we talked motorcycles! I will return the next time I'm on the island

I called eight different places in Lihue and Kapaa to get pedicures and none of them answered. Kauai Nail Spa was the first to answer. I asked to make appointments for 6 pedicures whenever they had availability. They said 10:00 for the next morning and I said great. I show up with my group and the ladies looked like deer in the headlights. They said they had no record of us calling. I checked my phone call history and theirs was the last number I called, so I'm not sure what happened there. They were very kind and said they would still do our nails. They were efficient and got all of our pedicures done within an hour and a half without skimping on quality. I think we will go back when we visit Kauai again.

My husband, my sister, and I had an absolutely incredible experience at Kauai Nail Spa! It's undeniably one of the best nail salons we've ever been to. This was the best manicure experience. My husband dropped me off and forgot his phone was on airplane mode. They were kind ti give me a rude to my hotel. They did a great job! I was very happy with my mani/pedi.

During our visit to the island I took my wife to get a manicure on her birthday. I decided I would get a pedicure. The younger women did my wife's nails and did a decent job. My pedicure was done by the older woman. She soaked my feet and cut my nails... (so I thought) dried my feet and to her the job was complete. It was not. Had to bring it to her attention that the job was not done and she needed to complete trimming my toenails. Then it got to the point where it was like pulling teeth. My wife then said to the lady that she needed to buff my nails. So she came back and did it reluctantly. Then for the third and final time we had to call this old woman back because she failed to remove The callus from my heals. Then the lady said it would cost an extra $8. My wife told her no. That the old lady needed to complete the job. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! IF THERE WAS A WAY I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! ??? I would not recommend this place to anyone or any tourist that goes to visit the island of Kauai. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY ARE JUST IN BUSINESS TO STEAL YOUR MONEY BY GIVING 3RD RATE SERVICES! The old woman acted like she didn't even want to be there. Then our friends who we were visiting were like "You should have told us you guys wanted your nails done because we would've told not to go there!" So if locals don't go there that says a lot!!! I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH... DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE PROPER SERVICES IN RETURN AND WILL RIP YOU OFF ANYWAY THEY CAN!!!

We were surprised that the lady who did my husband's feet didn't really do the job. She didn't trim his toenails properly and when we asked the lady to trim it and have it buffed, she said that would be extra. This salon is a rip off. Highly Not recommended.Service: Spa services
