Going here for 2 decades. :) Greg, Trevor, and the crew are such a VALUABLE service to Kohala. Being right here, I am so thankful for the countless hours & gas they save us. For those who have less than great reviews...... :( I am sorry for your interaction but we all have bad days. In my career, I usually met people on their worst days. Please keep in mind the stresses of accurately serving thousands of people with life-saving or life-altering medicines. Also, please :) be patient and kind whatever the situation & wherever you go. I had a terrible experience. My primary care doctor tried calling and faxing in my prescription several times and each time the pharmacist angrily claimed he never received it and blamed my doctor. After two hours of this run-around he then told my doctor it was illegal for him accept the prescription since my doctor was in California. I ended up having to drive 45 minutes to the CVS in Waimea, which had no issues accepting the prescription.

They are the worst. Unresponsive, occasionally rude and glacier slow. Also, MUCH more expensive than Longs or Foodland pharmacies in Waimea. Avoid using them if you can. I live right near by and will drive all the way up Mountain Road to Waimea to avoid using them.

Prescriptions are always filled fast! I've never had any issues when refilling my grandparents medication.
