“My cat had an appointment with Dr. Hicks today and from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly and instantly felt welcome to their practice. Darnell, the office manager was not only friendly but also professional and genuine. The vet technicians I spoke with were also knowledgable and kind. By the time my cat was examined by Dr. Hicks we already felt at ease and in good hands.

She patiently listened as I explained my cats medical history and performed a thorough examination. We decided to proceed with a blood panel and prior to that happening Darnell provided a breakdown of the costs so I knew exactly what to expect.

From past experiences I usually had to wait a day or two for the results, but Dr. Hicks had them ready in about 20 mins and she went over the results with me as soon as it was ready.

After my experience today I would highly recommend this practice to others in the area. :)”
