Bought my first ever diesel. Coming from building cars and doing a small 8” on a 2020 ram 1500. I knew one day I’d want to own a diesel finally found a deal on an already built up 2015 f250. 9” pmf lift. King coil overs. Welded in trust. Instantly at zero knowledge on what was done and what needs to be replaced or fixed if any at all. Brandon was one of the first I called up. When the saying goes “ there is no such thing as a stupid question “ well I’m sure I asked a lot of them. Brandon answered every question with a full explanation to help me learn. Finally scheduled a appt to fully inspect the entire truck oil change and fuel filter change. Needed a huge inspection and fix on front end as stuff was not lining up. Got a call truck was done. Went to shop steering wheel was no longer 170 degrees to the left. Steering was PERFECTLY straight. Was pumped can finally see my speedo. Oil was changed fuel filters changed a whole inspection on bushings bearings u joints whatever you can inspect he inspected got lucky never had to replace anything right off the bat. Overall I know any question I have he’s got the answer will continue going to him and only shop I’ll ever go to for diesel. Brandon and the 808diesel Ohana appreciate the knowledge and hard work you show and appreciate the attention to detail in helping a amateur diesel truck owner like myself.

808 Diesel is hands down "THE GO-TO-SHOP" for all things diesel and then some. Brandon and Tanea, a husband and wife team have negotiated a bullet proof system of managing service and astute care for their customers. Well versed and knowledgeable of the best way forward to fulfill your maintenance needs they do it well and in a timely manner, the first time. You know the kind of places your parents and grandparents once talked of where the quality and trust they had in their local businesses, lifelong ohana style relationships, the kind of people that look you in the eye when they communicate and give you options to consider, the handshake deals that assure you " Hey, we got your back, we going make um safe for your family to be in", the place where they almost know what you need before you ask...yeah that's what you can expect. Just really down to earth people trying to make it in Hawaii and trying to make it work for anyone that walks through their doors. This is my personal experience and what I heard from others before even going to seek their services. I recently had my body mounts, steering box, traction bars and thermostat and brakes worked on by 808 Diesel, Tanea kept me informed through the whole prices confirming work to be performed, interferences just like they would do for their own vehicles. I have to say they displayed some Raeganisms- the underpromise but over deliver mentality. I drive my truck home yesterday, and took it slow because immediately I knew my quality of life had improved 10 fold. My truck rode smooth, steering was on point and it just hummed all the way from Campbell back to Kaneohe. It was like driving a brand new truck...mine is an '08 Superduty, feels brand new. I'm super stoked about this experience. That's what it is, an experience. Support local, support these guys and you won't regret the quality care and service you receive. They went above and beyond and it says a lot about me taking my truck from Kaneohe all the way to them in Campbell Industrial...but you can't put a price tag on quality it was worth it and I'd do it again, I'm actually going back for somethings soonBrandon and Tanea of 808 Diesel, good on you for the quality you deliver and the look you in the eye business approach. You deserve to be on the first page of any diesel or 808 diesel Google search. Keep pushing and excelling your craft. Had the privilege of meeting Brandon today when I went with my cousin Evelyn to take the white beast for a computer issue. He checked it out and fixed the problem within 15 minutes AND fixed a hose problem that probably would've cost several hundreds dollars. Then made an appt for Wednesday to do more work on the beast! Mahalo Brandon for your awesome and fast service and Aloha spirit! My cousin Kiki smiling down knowing you still take care....Aloha! Anybody who has a diesel truck taje it to Brandon in Campbell Industrial! Awesome service...support locals in their businesses!

Stopped by on vacation just to say hi.very nice family owned shop.they were very busy too but still took the time to talk to me.I probably could of talked to Brandon for a couple hours lol.I really appreciate the hats and stickers as well guys!

I brought my 6.7 F250 here a few months ago, I was having issues with acceleration and boost. Thought it was my tuner and my truck would not shift right and kept blowing black smoke. Within a few days they called and couldn't figure the issue but continued to work on it and within a week they had found the problem and got the truck back to working like it should. They were pretty decent in price, and got it done relatively fast. Great customer service and greatest diesel mechanic shop I've been to on island. They won't try to scam you into paying for extra parts or anting either, very honest shop!

I own a plumbing company and rely on my trucks more then anything else. It is so important to not only have someone for service work but big repairs also. Brandon and his wife grind hard to make sure my truck stays on the road. Thank you guys.

Super down to earth shop. Come see Brandon for your diesel repair and service. Talking to him he's got lots of experience and he's always looking out the best interest for the customer. He"ll take the time to explain things and his recommendations from what he experienced in the past. He's busy so make appointment early.
