The people we spoke on the phone in the mainland were not very informed that our property's gas tank needs to be filled every 8 weeks and not every 23 weeks, we never had a gas shortage and everything was fine for years. However the truck drivers and inspector that came on site were great they deserve 5 stars, the driver is the best he even said that it never happened before because the computer in the mainland had delivery every 23 weeks when it should be every 8 weeks like it always had. The owner even contacted your office to let them know, it cost the owner plumbers, working hours to relit the two water heaters and intervention from inspection as well, please keep it at every 8 weeks

First time that delivery was timely! I did sign up for text updates about delivery but did not get anything. I like the online ordering option as well.

check your recorded calls for7/20 & 21, 2023Experience with AMERIGAS unsatisfactory.There is no longer a live person to speak with in Hawaii. Your directed to a call center in the Philippines. The Call center in the Philippines if you request, will direct you to AMERIGAS supervisor for further assistance for unresolved issue. Try again to request for further assistance for still an unresolved issue, you will be directed to the call center supervisor. Call center in the Philippines will not direct you to an AMERIGAS supervisor.Communications and answers with each representative was frustrating. The miscommunications seemed hopeless with no immediate solution for our business. If i had not followed up on status with AMERIGAS and assumed all was good..... our business would have suffered with no business for possibly 2 days because of misinformation.Delivery here in Hawaii does not speak with AMERIGAS. Mainland Communications are sent via ipad.Solution? Cancel service or have Local Hawaii assistance with answers and solutions.

Upper management fantastic with response times and service (if you do your homework to find out who they are). Unfortunately, system is not set up for a direct POC to resolve issues/concerns.

I had a dispute over a bill, but Amerigas addressed it. It took a bit of work to get a resolution, but all's well that ends well.

There appears to be a change of management at Amerigas and it is not good. I received a text informing me of an automatic gas delivery. I do not and never had wanted auto delivery. Yesterday I spent 30 mins on the phone with 2 different agents, cancelling the delivery. Both agents had such strong accents that I couldn't understand them.Despite my efforts to cancel delivery, today it arrived. I am extremely annoyed with the service. I have requested deliveries, by phone, when I needed them for 16 years and never had this level of bad service before. Wise up Amerigas. If I could give 0 stars I would.
