Immaculate resort you dont need to leave to feel the Hawaiian spirit, but easy to leave and explore from. Best Disney resort we have stayed at!

Great location. Beautiful resort, lagoons are clean, great walking/jogging path around 5 lagoons. I believe it’s close to 3 miles if you do them all.

What a cool resort. Honestly, they've downplayed the Disney connection quite a bit, but it's still a great family spot.

Stayed here last week and spent over 6k for 4 nights in a villa and I will say they don’t really care what room your in - there’s no perks to renting a villa if not for space of a kitchen, small dining and 2 bathing areas - being tub and shower. The king bed was soft but the sofa bed and the trundle bed under tv were so hard. They also didn’t provide any extra bedding of pillows until we asked. The resort overall is nice they have 3 ish pool areas, 2 slides, a lazy river and great beach to swim at with complimentary chairs if you can snag one. The pool chairs are never available, they have signs they monitor after idle an hour they will remove items but nobody monitors that and towels are just left while people roam. One thing that I was bummed about was the access to nice restaurants on property. If you didn’t make reservations 6 months out then forget about eating at character breakfast and other dinners at Makahiki. The do have a grab and go cafe the Ulu cafe but for what your paying $30-40pp to eat out of a box - no thank you. No coffee shop nearby except across road at Starbucks and it gets busy early. No room service either for $1000/nt rooms is insane. They don’t allow late check out as they are always booked and offered a Luana Lounge to shower it’s a nightmare. 2 showers for that whole huge property they have for people to shower and dress to catch flights. The luau also is subpar for the price I paid over $800 for group of 5 and they didn’t have a whole roasted pig!! They had chicken teriyaki, a braised pork, tuna poke and macadamia fish. The desserts were also meh provided. I was bummed for such a pricy luau to not have better items. Will I be back, maybe but I guess I have to plan 6 months ahead to eat well. .

Been here four times now, once every year since we started living here. Always great service and always a good time for my family and I.

This just felt like a tourist trap. So many people crammed into the resort. Everything had lines and lines or was fully booked up. Just was nothing we hoped for.

It is all perfect! but we just wanted to give a heartfelt shoutout to the lifeguard team at Aulani. Honestly, we were all so impressed. While we were enjoying the pool, it was clear how alert and focused they were the entire time — super well-trained and genuinely looking out for everyone, especially the kids.
It’s not just about doing a good job — it’s actually beautiful to watch. It felt like a well-rehearsed choreography, with each person in their spot, totally in sync and paying close attention with so much care.
We felt incredibly safe, but more than that, we felt a real sense of admiration for them. We truly hope they’re being recognized for everything they do, because they absolutely deserve it. Amazing team!

Great luxury resort for family's. Food and drinks were surprisingly good and fair priced. Pools, spas and water slides were a blasts. They also have a aquarium with live fish to swim in and a awesome beach with a cove to snorkel in.

It is a Disney property ✨️ Managed as such.
There is no much I can say to add to the brand per-se.
