They were very convenient for me being located in Kapolei. They were very efficient in their whole process from the electronic check in when you walk into the office to the person that is going to do the estimate my car was done three days ahead of time and threw out the entire process I chose text message to keep a breast of the process and where they were at. So I knew throughout the whole process what the status of my repair was. They did a great job on my repair and they were professional and friendly and my car looks great!

Repair of my car from start to finish was outstanding. Was kept up to date with progress via text and car was done on time. Actual work was outstanding. Also appreciated their help with rental car. They have relationship with Enterprise which allowed me to pick up my car and leave the rental at Autocraft. Dealing with insurance company was also flawless.

This shop has terrible communication between clients, rental company, and insurance company. I had to get a bumper and tailgate replaced and was initially told 4 days. It took a month and no info was passed down to anyone in the insurance process, which caused a lot of issues and date changes and money out of my pocket. And it takes days to even get a call back. On day 2 after waiting a week for parts, they had to order clips which took another 5 days. After all this and a month later I had to take my truck back in because the bumper wasn’t straight. I am not sure about other locations but I would not take it to this location………... Updating from owners post which I can’t reply too. The owner told me they would reimburse me money which they said they mailed and when I asked 2 weeks later said the address was wrong and would send agian but that’s months ago and I never received anything. These guys are crooks and if the owner wanted this fix he can call me. My name is John and I had a 2024 Grey Nissan frontier and I hope you saved my number.

At first i thought this was a great repair shop. They kept in contact replied to my texts and calls up until i was supposed to get my Acadia back. The first excuse was that the antenna wasnt the correct one sent. The next excuse was that the rear bumper bracket that they received didnt fit my car. The last excuse was that the bumper bracket was on hold because of the autoworker strike. I was then told i could pick up my car (my car was dropped off on Aug 27 i believe was supposed to be ready by 9-14. I didnt get my car back until 10/6/23. I was told that the bracket was on back order and when it came n they’d call me. My rear hatch leaks since i got it back im missing my inner panels. Ive called and texted several times no response.

My vehicle was dropped off on 15 January and I was originally estimated for a 4 day cosmetic repair and 1 day for the mechanical repairs once parts arrived. The parts arrived on 02 February and instead of a quick turn around, I was told the estimated finish date was 09 February. No cosmetic repairs had been completed while waiting for parts, even though my truck had been there for two weeks. On 07 February, I recieved a notification that my estimated completion date was 29 February with no further information or follow up. I had to visit the shop in person to get the details of the delay, only to find out my truck wasn't even present and had been towed to a different vendor to complete repairs, all without any notification. When I finally did pick up my truck, it was evident that I was billed for work that wasn't completed. There were charges for a brand new tire, which was not present, and charges for labor for removing and replacing the front end of my truck even though the overspray and sanding marks across my truck showed almost nothing was removed and replaced for the cosmetic repairs. Throughout the entire process there was very little communication from the shops end. I was constantly reaching out, but it was difficult to reach anybody on the phone and even harder to get substantial details about the process.Overall, I would not recommend to anybody, especially if you are paying out of pocket and will have all these additional charges and nonsensical delays added throughout the process. The only positive was that the staff was not rude throughout any visits

I’ve been to different repair shops over the years on the island but Autocraft Hawaii has continued to offer superior service with the constant updates and great customer service. I will refer them to all my friends and family.
