Worse Advocado egg rolls I've ever had! These rolls sat in the grease for longer than they needed to. They were so soaked in grease I couldn't even eat them, not to mention the browning of the Advocado.A waist of $20.00 down the drain.I eat these all the time, and they are crispy and fres. The cooks should be ASHAMED they let this food come off of the line looking like this. The looks of it screams clogged arteries. I will be contacting the corporate office.

Why can't reservations be done for party more than 6? Just annoying.

There we're no much choices to order, I mean most of the food were not available, no chicken, no eggs. The staff apologize to us and even gave us the permission to choke her, or kick her but of course not to kill her... We leaveor walk out of course.

I had the worst service in the bar area. If i decide to go back i will not sit there again. Food was excellent when i did get it.So update - went back. This time I had a huge group. There were 12 of us. I wasn't allowed to make reservations. I was advised to show up around 4/4:30 with at least half of our guests in order to attempt to get a table with a shorter wait. When we did order the food took so long. When we did get our food it tasted like it was sitting out for a while. It wasn't even hot. So disappointing.

It's better than Waikiki because it's more empty.

The food was good but it could not make up for the awful service my guest and I were forced to endure. First and foremost, we waited over twenty minutes to be seen by a waiter, we had to grab our own menus, utensils as the hostess provided us with none as well. Secondly we waited over an hour for a singular slice of cheesecake, water and bread. No refills on the water was provided. Absolutely awful 0/10.

Normally Cheesecake Factory is spot on. Today I ordered avocado tacos online. I was told it would take 5 more minutes. 25 minutes later I was told they ran out of jicama, which is used as the tortilla and would I want them to use regular corn tortillas. I asked how long that would take... Another 5 min. I wasn't sure if that would mean another 25 min. So I cancelled my order. I was told they would credit my account in 5-7 business days. They gave me a free slice of cheesecake. I am just wondering how long they knew they didn't have jicama...

3/10/24: Updated my review due to an unfortunate experience this time. We went there this afternoon and ordered our food around 3:30pm. We did not get our food until 4:35pm. Manager came to our table twice to apologize for the delay and said they were just backed-up with their orders. However, nothing else was done to make up for the delay except for empty apologies. Fortunately, the food was still up to standard.Their meatloaf is our favorite. For the cheesecake we still go with their original.

UPDATED REVIEWFinally Cheesecake Factory got their act together with providing excellent service on providing customers with their food orders in a timely manner. This had been consistent over the past couple of months even with larger parties of 16 or just me and the wife.No one likes to wait 45 minutes to an hour for their entrees to arrive and I am glad that as of now Cheesecake Factory management has fixed this problem. Keep up the great customer service!NEW REVIEWAnother poor experience based on unacceptable food service times. The food is great BUT the service is still greatly lacking on getting food out in a timely manner time and time again. 45 minutes for an appetizer to be served from the reservation time and almost an hour for entrees is unacceptable and based on the diminishing customers on a Saturday night is probably the reason when more and more restaurants are popping up with more acceptable food service times. This has been going on the past year and something needs to give. Looks like customers are paying attention to the wait times also.I have seen restaurants come and go and hopefully Cheesecake Factory gets their act together and stays in business. A slow Saturday night for them should be an eye opener.PAST REVIEWHad reservations and was seated right away...YAY but the great customer service was ALL downhill from there with only to wait 20 minutes after being seated and no server, no water, nothing. I overheard a family next to us ask their server why an hour passed and they haven't gotten their entrees yet. This happed to us a couple of weeks ago at Cheesecake Factory Kapolei and no server came to us after the 20 so we left but without first speaking with management who looked at me like a deer in headlights and didn't even apologize. I told management that if they are short staff that they shouldn't be accepting so many reservations or walk ins. So we left and gave our business to Bravo restaurant in Aiea which is our favorite anyways just a bit out of the way but here we are and our server greeted us within 1 minute and our food was in front of us in 9 minutes.Keep it up Cheesecake Factory and your business in Kapolei will close down due to poor customer service...Easy Come…..Easy GO!

I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the awesome interior caught my attention. It's not just a place to eat; it's an experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making you feel comfortable and relaxed. The food, of course, was nothing short of amazing. Each dish we ordered was prepared to perfection, showcasing a harmony of flavors that delighted our taste buds. The cheesecake, a must-have, lived up to its reputation with its creamy texture and rich flavor. It's clear that quality ingredients are used, and the chefs take great pride in their work. What truly set this visit apart was the level of service provided by the employees. Each staff member was attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great dining experience. Their recommendations were spot on, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. In conclusion, The Cheesecake Factory delivered an outstanding dining experience that was a feast for the senses. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food, a beautiful setting, and top-notch service. I'll definitely be returning soon.

After being sat in a half empty restaurant it took our waitress about 8 minutes to acknowledge us and another to get two glasses of water. We then put in our order in fear or her disappearing again and waited ten minutes to get our bread and drinks we ordered. About 20 minutes later our appetizer came out from one side and our meals came out from the other side at the same time. The two waiters just delivered all of it and said sorry and left. Our waitress looked over and saw this and never came to say anything. After we finished our meal she came by to check in and see how we were doing and how the food was never noticing both our drinks were empty. We asked for a menu to order dessert and again we waited 15 minutes except she never came back and a different waiter dropped off the menu. At some point after we were tired of waiting she finally came back and was ready to take our dessert order that we politely declined due to it getting late and just asked for the check. We didn’t end up leaving for almost 20 minutes more due to the wait for the check. The food however was all tasty and served well but the service in a happy empty restaurant was mind blowing.
