A pleasant experience! As soon as I clicked accept on "okaying" contact via phone on the website, the mainland Copart call center called me to get things set up. Once they had the information they needed, they transferred me to the local Hawaii facility to continue coordinating tow pickup of my vehicle and sent me a purchase agreement. The lady at the local office spotted a correction I needed to apply to the title. Once completed and verified, she called back so we could set up a pickup day and informed me that the tow truck driver would call me the day of to give me a heads up when they were headed my way. Tow truck driver arrived with the agreed amount in a check and I was done in about 5 min. Finally, Abalette (AGM), was able to rapidly provide me with an acknowledgement receipt as soon as the vehicle arrived to the facility so I could check out of MCB Hawaii PMO. You have to call for the receipt though as it is only available upon request. Well run operation from my perspective.

Not sure about all the other reviews on here, but I’ve been really impressed with Copart’s Customer Service. Due to an error I had title issues with lots of associated fines and fees, and they offered to help me take care of it. Very impressed with their level of customer service, would recommend as a car seller.

As a salvage yard, I've found them to be quite helpful. Unfortunately I found myself on the opposite end today. I was involved in an accident and my car was towed to this yard. Curious at first as to why? My insurance had already sent an adjuster and approved my repairs. My accident was less than four days ago. Found that they had stripped all my accessories and prepped my car for auction. They took pictures, inventory, and nothing was missing. now I have to reinstall everything at my own expense. Love the place when I needed something. But now I'm furious that they did this to my car and Allstate is pointing the finger at them for jumping the gun. I really don't know who to blame and at this point I'm too pi$$ed to figuring this out. Spent so much time on my car to find my accessories STRIPPED from my car is unacceptable. I don't know whether to demand Allstate or Copart to reinstall my stuff. I might have involved the tow company or the impound yard. But Copart admitted that they had to remove things to inventory non-stock accessories to take inventory of my car.

Oh boy, due to the virus copart is drastically changed and in a somewhat bad way to customers. They ask your Paid registration! You can't bring anyone with you! They ask you to have safety jackets/vests and you need to bring them with you. Everything is done so long... Electronic line, then line in person, then waiting for keys, then waiting for copart rep to show you cars. Actually, if not the employee in the yard, I'd give it a 1-star rating. The employee in the yard was awesome! Very down to earth and helping you in any way. Anyway, go with craigslist or other... Don't buy salvaged cars for high price from copart. Plus it's a black box without visiting and visiting is just pain in both knees. Let's be polite! :)

I called as they have a ton of wrecked cars to bid for parts, fix up..The woman pretended I had no idea what I was talking about. I said if just spent 4k on new parts and brand new tires and I'd hate to just see it go to a scrapyard? She was clueless. I was referred to Copart by several auto body shops. I actually had to go back and double check the number to see if I called the right place. Maybe she should review the Companys website she works for because she might think she works for a restaurant or a property management company? I don't know. It was very strange

The manager needs to be more professional. Speaking down in a condescending manner to the employees with customers in the office is in poor taste!!
