Costco Pharmacy in Honolulu is a favored location for many members. The service is consistently helpful and friendly, with courteous staff and cashiers in a good mood. The store is described as clean and well-organized, with workers constantly tidying areas like the clothing section. The parking lot is also noted as clean and safe, making it a comfortable destination for families. Shoppers appreciate the diverse and fresh produce, ideal for juicing and blending, and highlight the quality of the meat, seafood, rotisserie chicken, and prepared foods like bulgogi. The prices for buying food in bulk are seen as cheaper than regular stores, and the seafood offers value compared to restaurants. The store also carries Hawaiian local goods and discounted souvenirs, like Hawaiian Host chocolates, making it a practical stop. While generally positive, some recent changes are noted. The new food court procedure, involving a kiosk order and a separate pickup line, is considered inconvenient for those with carts and children. Some favorite products, like the Polish hot dog, certain sushi varieties, uncooked pizza, and specific snack items, have been discontinued, which regulars miss. Additionally, some find the new parking layout slightly more challenging. Despite these points, the overall experience remains highly rated, with many considering it the best Costco on the island for its combination of value, selection, and service.
Been members for many years at Costco in Honolulu. Service has always been helpful and friendly. Prices can be comparable to other stores at times. Nevertheless , even though we've always enjoyed our experience shopping there.

The staff is always courteous cashiers are always in a good mood. Food is delicious. The only thing I don't like is the new parking but maybe because it seems like there's less room to turn in to the spots

Always stopped by Costco from airport to do a quick bulk grocery shopping and then headed to Aulani. Also filled up gas here before returning the rental car in the airport. It's cheaper for sure. I got sick and my husband bought the cough suppressants from Costco, too. You can get pretty much everything from Costco!
