Sylvester is so knowledgeable and is a one-man shop that gets everything done and with quality work. He's serviced my Mercedes three times already and she always comes back running like new. You're better off going to this guy than the dealership because his prices are sooooooo much more reasonable and fair. I highly recommend him to anyone!

For someone who owns a Mercedes, there is no better place to take your vehicle for repairs other than CS Eurocars (especially if you happen to be within a 20-mile radius of this place). Sylvester, who owns the business, is a one-man operation but he provides the honesty and care that one deserves from a mechanic. He knows his way around any Mercedes vehicle, old and new, and will get your car going within the appointed time or with a quick turn-around visit, if he has to order the part, as in the case of a failed sensor for my cruise control. To show his honesty, I made an appointment to have my oil changed. I have had the car for a little over three months and because of my driving route, have accumulated a little over 3500 miles on it. I am old school, and I know that it is time to change the oil when I have these figures at hand. When I got there, after getting in the car to drive it to the repair stall, he came out and explained to me that I didn't need an oil change yet. He said that these newer cars will let me know when a service is due and that oil changes are usually good even after 10000 miles. Needless to say, he wouldn't take any money, even after I offered, because I wasted his appointment slot. Other mechanics would not have said anything and would have changed the oil even if it is not needed. When my wife took her vehicle because of a recurring problem with the tire pressure sensor, he also didn't charge her a penny for the diagnostics and accompanying "fix" for that sensor. A less honorable mechanic would have readily taken advantage of a woman driver. This is the character of a mechanic you will always go back to for guidance and a solution to your vehicle's problems. We will not go anywhere anymore...this is the only place to go!

The owner of this shop is incredible! He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and above all--HONEST about what he does and that is what separates this individual from the other shop that I was going to prior. Safe to say that as long as I own a Mercedes, I will be going to CS Eurocars for all of my car's needs.

Sylvester is rude incompetent and completely unprofessional. He made up his mind workout diagnosing my vehicle. Tried to Nickel and dime me instead of proper itemization of issues needing attention. Not focused on solutions rather stuck on problems to manipulate labor costs. Beware, don't be fooled by condescending reviews they likely entered themselves. I intended to give them "NO" stars but Yelp won't post my complaint. Zero stars - Primo

Sylvester is a wonderful guy. He inspected my ‘06 CLS500 Mercedes and was very upfront and honest about the repairs that the vehicle would require in keeping it on the road. I cannot express how grateful I am to have stumbled across CS Eurocars. Like most people reading these reviews, I was sick and tired of paying ridiculous amounts on repairs to the Mercedes Benz Dealership; Repair Shop. I was in desperate need for my car to be fixed and I was looking for a second option. My C300 had been at the Mercedes Benz Dealership Repair Shop for 2 months. The dealership ran a diagnostic on my car and found a faulty alternator, in which I was quoted $2200 for the repair. After the repair was made, with the new and installed alternator, I was informed that it had shorted out my radiator fan assembly. If not repaired, my car would now overheat. I was disappointed that I was quoted $2200 and now I was quoted an additional $2400. I was stuck in a bad position since I committed to make the repair for the alternator, and if I didn't make the radiator repair, my car would now overheat. Now I had an invoice of $2200 for my vehicle that was still broken. After waiting 2 months and being told that they weren't sure if replacing the radiator fan assembly would fix the problem, I was frustrated and decided to look else where. After months of waiting, spending hundreds of dollars on towing fees, and thousand of dollars on the repairs, I was ready to give up and even considered donating my car. I was disappointed and wanted to part ways with my car. This is when I decided to give CS Eurocars a call, and I'm glad I did. The owner Sylvester specializes in Mercedes. He is a rare, class A, mechanic. Honest, reliable, and most important, he is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. He will save you time, money, and all the headaches from the dealership. Sylvester fixed my car for a fraction of the price. Saving money is the first part, he also saved me time by fixing my car in several days. He was able to pin point the problems so fast and also educated me on other recommendations for my vehicle. He diagnosed my vehicle and found that there were additional problems that the dealership missed. So in essence, I would have paid an additional $2400 for the radiator problem and my car still would not have worked; costing me more time and money. His prices are more than fair considering his outstanding and quality service. He even went above and beyond and fixed a few things on my car that have been broken for years just to help me out. I held off on those repairs since the dealership quoted me thousands of dollars to fix it. I didn't even tell him it was broken and he found it and fixed it. Whenever you save time AND money, it's a win win situation. We need more mechanic shops ran by hardworking and transparent, people like Sylvester. I would never bother going to the Mercedes dealership to fix my car or for any regular maintenance. I finally have my car back up and running. I'm blown away from the experience at CS Eurocars and it has literally left me with a loss of words. Give CS Eurocars a call, you won't be disappointed. I'm glad I did. Thank you Sylvester for all you've done for me and my family!
