this is more feedback for CVS/Aetna than for the employees working on site. poor communication and integration into overall support. no expectation of wait time. one medical professional on site. i would suggest any other walk in clinic. additionally the insurance side has poor integration and lacks adequate customer service support. apparently it's really hard for the company to communicate when customer service support is available for billing issues. i made the mistake of paying for my bill using an HSA app called Optum. they cashed the check and their systems didn't update that even though my HSA account shows that they took payment. if you try to call for billing support you will either be auto hold/ hung up on or directed to people who do not speak American English at a level that would facilitate meaningful communication.

I was at this Longs CVS, and I asked about taking a Passport Photo, and they were friendly and helpful. The fat old Asian woman at Safeway's Customer Service Counter (in the same shopping center) is rude, dismissive, and condescending.

Came in to pick up some medication. I like coming to this location because the employees here are helpful and friendly. There is something about the feel of the store compared to others locations. I also like this location because it is usually never really crowded, its close to home, and they always have what I need. They usually have many items avaialble and their shelves are always stocked especially when the new sales come out on Sundays. The Sunday sales are the best especially when it's their value book. Today, I had a 30% off one regular price item coupon that I was able to use. Yay! It's another thing I like at Longs because they have some really great coupons on their CVS app. The app also allows you to accumulate extra bucks which you can use for future visits. You can either scan the barcode or enter your number to get points to your CVS account. Today, the employee at the pharmacy took the time to check on a medication that was not listed for me. She was able to place an order which I thought was great service.

This review is on the photo section. Came here on 4.5.2022 to pick up a poster that was ready to pick up. Went and waited about ten minutes for them to tell me they didn't have it and they had to records on my order in the system even with my confirmed pick up email I received from them. The only saving grace for this whole experience was Hailey that helped me re do it on the self service kiosk. She was also dealing with a problem customer trying to return an item that was returnable while still giving me 5 stars for the service. 1 star for the glitch that caused me to wait and redo my order. Thanks for the help Hailey the poster turned out great and she loved it!

I have always received excellent service from Longs Pharmacy in Kapolei so I am very disappointed with the service that I just received. My doctor submitted a prescription for me for a 60 day supply. When I picked up my medication, I did not check the label on the bottle. I usually get a call from the pharmacy saying that my medication is ready for pickup. This time I did not receive a call, so I called Longs Pharmacy in Kapolei. I was informed that I could not get a refill for anothert 30 days. I then looked at the label on the pill container and it said the medication was for 90 days. But I ran out after 60 days so I only received 60 pills.. I called the pharmacy and was told that they gave me 90 pills. I then called my doctor and my doctor said the prescription she submitted was for 60 days. But Longs reported that they gave me a supply for 90 days. Right there they made an error so they should have corrected their error and refill my prescription. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was not in at that time but she would be given my message. It is now day 2 and I have not received a call from her. I now have to go without medication for 30 days. I hope I do not get seriously ill. I will never deal with them again.

This place is HORRIBLE!! Pharmacy is always late from the time they quote you that your prescription will be ready, line is always long, seems like they are always over worked and understaffed. Had an issue with miscommunication within the floor workers and requested to speak with a store manager, an Aaron Joy came out and was RUDE!! His job was to diffuse the situation and his attitude made it completely worse! He does not belong being in a managers position. I will NEVER step foot in that store again, which is sad because they been here in Kapolei for many years! You just lost a long time customer and will take my business a little further!

Very poor poor service. Asked for help with batteries, no one came and I ended up flagging someone down just for it. Then I needed something at the liquor department in the case asked again for help and again no one showed up! I left everything and walked out! Not worth going back, will not be coming back here unless I want to waste my time waiting for help! Very poor customer service!

Wanted to come here and leave an awesome review for Karen. Thank you Karen, I really appreciate your help. I called and spoke to whoever answered the phone & they instructed me that they could help me and to go in right away, which is what I did. I went in and was told that they don't do what I asked for over the phone, I was livid because 10 mins ago someone told me yes. Karen came in clutch and honored what the person over the phone said and I am very much so appreciative. Thank you Karen

They had Hennessy in the back but she never give me spoon for my dip n dots. Am I suppose to eat it with my hands?
