I want to take this time to thank Carlos at the Pearl City Extra Space Storage. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I asked him to show me 4 or 5 different size units because I was unsure of the exact size I needed. This is my second time renting with Extra Space Storage and both times I have received exceptional service from everyone working in the office. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage over other storage companies because of their special rates but mostly because of the wonderful employees you have!

I have to say the whole staff here are amazing! I do want to point out one employee that has gone above and beyond to help me and make sure everything gets taken care of. That employee is Carlos! This man gets things handled and takes care of customers. I hope this reaches his management and they take care of him like he does for his customers. He is the employee you want every employee to be like. He is the reason I will use Extra Space Storage again.

Extra Space Storage at 591 Farrington helped with gate code issues I was experiencing at MY storage facility across the street at 590 Farrington. The staff HERE were courteous approachable, professional and FUN.Carlos and I have a lot in common,we both once lived in San Jose, CA I distinctly remember meeting him at various music festivals in the South Bay.... Small world as they say
This location also has vehicle storage stalls to rent.

Went in today to see what options I have for a different size unit. And Carlos was very helpful and definitely helped with doing that. He took me to the unit and showed the break down and made my transfer very fast and simple. If anyone headed to extra space storage in kapolei ask for Carlos.
