I had few issues with my storage unit but Shy and the Extra Space Team were very helpful. Shy was very communicative and accommodating to make sure I was happy with moving to a new unit. Highly recommend using their facility!

The facility is conveniently located near the highway. My unit was a drive up unit with large dual access roll up doors. Perfect for getting item quickly and easily. Unit and bathrooms are well lit clean and secure. The staff members here are absolutely amazing! Theyre efficient helpful and really make me feel comfortable leaving my items that needed to be stored away. I recommend this storage facility to everyone i know.

Very easy to move in and out. Great customer service along with calls letting me know that my storage unit is not locked correctly..not only 1x but a couple calls..other than that it was a good and convenient area for me.

I rarely give 5 stars because nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement . That being said. The STAFF at extra space storage 590 Farrington, Kapolei was amazing. I rented from Extra Space in California so I was aware of the legendary customer service. However the staff at this location were very professional knowledgeable, joyful & kind.
