Kinda bummed, store said it opened at 10 and it's closed. Maybe someone slept in late? I'm sure it's a great GNC but I guess don't come right after it opens , wait awhile just in case.

Gnc in the Kapolei shopping center, next to game stop..this one is my favorite one, the manager is always so friendly and welcoming, always got good music playing and she fills the store with awesome scents from the oils they have for sell there. Not the biggest store but they make use of the small space and have a great selection of what's popular and always have good sells, I got zoa energy drinks for half price because it was gonna expire, but not for another 6 months. SCORE!!! Go check them out.

Man I've been to a number of GNC's on island and even on mainland, but the professionalism and kindness of Bryce was unmatched. Highly knowledgeable and yet doesn't attempt to pressure you into purchasing particular stuff. I've been going to GNC for years and even decided to escalate my membership just based on how generous he was!

Horrendous customer service have shopped at GNC many times and this manager denied me from browsing the wares and rudely asked me to leave singling me out when I wanted to look at the discount section saying I always come there and never make purchases which is ridiculous as I haven't entered the store more then twice in the past two years. I grew up going to this kapolei GNC and was never treated so rudely as this. Loved to shop there for the discounted Lenny and Larry's protein cookies and various markdown products and chat bodybuilding and products with employees.

Actually called ahead to see if they had Alani nu shakes in stock and talked to Ren. She was super sweet and helpful and also assisted me in store. GNC was having a summer BOGO 1/2 off sale so she helped me stock up on shakes and also let me use coupons on top of the sale. In addition she even opened the door for me (difficult carrying two boxes of shakes)! I've been here on other occasions and the sales associates have always been super friendly helpful and quick to get you on your way. Never had a bad experience here!

Visiting from Chicago, IL. The young lady working was very resourceful. She definetly knew what information to give for recovery. Very kind, not afraid to walk up to you and ask questions, SO YOU SHOULDNT BE EITHER! Found out she was also originally from the same area of chicago im from! Wonderful experience! Hang 10 everyone!

I've been a loyal customer of GNC for many many years. And EVERYTIME I leave the store I spend at least $100. Less then two weeks ago I spent about $175. And received a coupon. And today I spent about $125. As soon as ASSISTANT MANAGER QUINTON rang me up... I remembered my coupon for $25. I asked if he'd honor it and he said NO. Honestly, it was seconds after purchasing. I didn't even leave the counter. And he couldn't honor it??? Poor customer service. He was on his personal phone when I got in. He seemed bothered when I was inquiring about new items. GNC get it together. Your products aren't cheap. Hire quality people to represent your brand!
