Nice staff, honored online coupons, reasonable wait for walk-in.
For service, my neck could have had a better shave job.
The shopping center parking is busy and tight but accessible.

Extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by one of your hairstylists.
On a previous visit, we were in a time crunch and unable to see our regular stylist. We showed the stylist a photo of a combover hairstyle, but my son ended up with a Mohawk. We were very disappointed with the outcome but still had to pay for the service.
Unfortunately, we encountered the same stylist again on a recent visit. We wanted to wait for our regular stylist, but she had to leave. Despite being next in line, the stylist chose to see another customer and was very rude when we questioned this.
I am very concerned about this stylist's lack of professionalism and skill. I don't understand how she can still be employed when she is unable to cut hair properly or follow simple instructions.

Depends on who you get and type of cut you want. Not all of them can do a proper fade but I've been lucky recently.

Stylist was awesome. She did a wonderful job. Her helper on the register is different story. He was worried and preoccupied with his phone and did not care about the customers.

I normally don’t do reviews but I’m hoping to help get your star rating up as I don’t think it does you justice.Quick and easy, which are two things I appreciate. They also had a sale! When was the last time you could get your hair cut for less than $10?? BONUS!! Continuing reading if you want my full experience.Booking/Scheduling: I went online to put my name on the list. It was about 10am, there was no wait. I knew there might be a line by the time I got there (I was coming from Ewa Beach).Checking in: There is a screen showing the waitlist. I was at the top with 4 people behind me. The worker was assisting another person but checked me in right after. NOTE: if it’s your first time there they will need your address to put you in their system. There were 3 stylists (sorry if that’s not the proper terminology). Two were in the process of cutting hair and the third was assisting the guests checking in. After checking in I waited less than 5 minutes before I was called.Haircut: My stylist asked what I wanted. Verified the length with me (I was cutting almost 12 inches off). What I appreciated was she had me stand up to check the length. I always worry the haircut will be too short because I’m sitting and tend to slouch (even when I try to sit up straight). I also did layers and she checked the length of the layers with me, which (again) I appreciated, because I liked to tie my hair back so my layers can’t be too short.Overall: I’m a very low maintenance person when it comes to my hair. I don’t color it, I don’t style it, I don’t use any special products. I just need my hair shortened and layers redone, nothing extra. I’ve been going to salons and spending $60+ just to cut my hair (they also shampoo & style/blow dry it after, which, I don’t need/want). I was so happy to give Great Clips a try (noticed it after going to Curry House)! I will definitely be coming back! 10/10 recommend!

Christa did a great job today! Not chatty at all (which I love), and greeted nicely as I walked in the door. She just concentrated on doing a quick and professional job. No intrusive questions... just professional, thorough, and quick. A very pleasant demeanor and gentle touch. Thank you!

Never had an issue and my wife and daughters love their haircuts. A bit pricey but worth it for quality customer service.

We both know this was already done and instead of trying to do damage control now perhaps when your licensed or unlicensed employee acts inappropriately unprofessionally and recklessly you take it serious. When I asked the persons name you insisted you would not provide this only yours as the owner. Since we just spoke yesterday Toni (who tells me they’re the owner). Maybe just do the right thing instead of lying and it will work out better. The reviews will continue as it’s important to warn others that you as the owner absolutely does not take cutting up a child’s head serious. And allow your employees to do as they wish with no accountability

BEAWARE! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT THEM LITERALLY ALL CUT UP! OR Yourself for that matter. KIM who has multiple reports of horrendous service is now cutting kids (my son was nicked and bleeding in 3 different places.) He was crying and embarrassed at how horrendous he looked after she scalped him. Then she doesn't apologize, has no explanation for what would possess her to even approach a child waiting the waiting room and start cutting (scalping them) all within minutes of me stepping outside to take a call; while he waited for his adult older brother that was having his hair done by a professional. She tried blaming the other stylist for her mistake, she tried lying saying my son was scratching his head when clearly from her clippers and verified. Then running to the back and hiding when she couldn't blame someone else. She then calls her boss Toni Cook but fails to mention her cutting a child or that she never asked a parent to even cut his hair. We never had contact with this woman prior to her approaching him in the waiting room. She tells her boss there was an upset Mom but how they both were so horrified he was left unattended. He was not and now can we please discuss your employees conduct and liability. Well Congratulations Mrs. Cook because Kim must have really done something else for you besides racking up formal complaints, bad reviews and a lot of tears. Hopefully she's worth the liability as being a franchise owner no doubt you do realize eventually, I will have her last name to file a formal complaint unless of course you have unlicensed employees which may be) In the meantime, this wonderful employer has opted to use her own last name to report to the licensing board. Not sure how this makes sense however with so much damage from 1 stylist maybe she's starting to rethink this liability. Truly feel bad for the very talented young lady who did a stellar job for my other son. She clearly has an employer that is allowing her to be thrown under the bus for 1 bad apple. Not fair Toni, please have some pride as a business owner and stop allowing your employees to harm people all while trying to protect this them as they may or may not hold a valid license. I understand hard times but employing potentially undocumented, unlicensed, inexperienced, employees to save you money, you must know will hurt in the long wrong.
