The Kapolei branch of the Hawaii Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union is conveniently located, has ample parking and rarely has a line. The service is quick and friendly.

We do a lot of banking with HLEFCU and come to this branch quite often. I walked in with my boyfriend and was greeting by the first teller. She was very friendly and helped him with his transaction so I waited in line for my turn. There was another teller there but appeared to be busy. She did not look up once and just continued on her business. I waited for about 3 minutes until she finally looked at me asked if I needed any help. I was a little shocked as all the tellers that have helped me in the past have been very nice and friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. Maybe she was busy or was having a bad day. She ended up helping me with my transaction, but seemed a bit preoccupied. It could have been as they were closing in 20 min, but the teller who was helping my boyfriend was chatting with him and was very welcoming. This was the first time I had experienced this type of customer service there and was a bit disappointed. Usually when I come here or the other branches, the tellers are very welcoming and give you that feel of family.

Very nice workers. They always want to help and give helpful suggestions. I'm glad they've gone more local regarding their phone response. I've gone away from businesses that try to save money and went either mainland or foreign for their call centers. HLEFCU has very good rates and products available other then banking and finance. I would refer anyone including non law enforcement people here.

They are closed on Thursday but the staff is always really ni e and visits are quick.

For anyone who is a member of a shared branching credit union in Hawaii, this is a fantastic location to do your basic banking. I'm a Hawaii State FCU member, and I honestly avoid having to go to the actual Hawaii State FCU locations because they are usually so busy. I came here twice to do simple withdrawals/deposits during my lunch hour and was surprised to see that there were no lines on both occasions. Very quick and friendly service.

My go to bank. I love this place. Hardly any lines and everyone knows me by name. Witch is awesome. Most banks don't even get to know you and give you good service.

If you don't like lines, this is the institution for you! So far all the times I've done banking with them, I've never had to stand in line. Their located two doors away from Brick Oven Pizza. It's a very small credit union. I love the employees there because they always greet you as soon as you walk in the door if they're not with a customer and they're also friendly! I've never been disappointed with the service I receive here. Love you guys HLEFCU!!!
