The furnitures are good but the Service is impeccable.
Roger and Gerry have an amazing customer service satisfaction skills, they make you feel confident and comfortable with any choices you may have without any pressure, especially for customers such as myself who can’t make decisions very easily.

Hannah greeted us at the door followed up with a check-in as we walked the floor for our specific items to helping us with our final purchase. Hannah also explained insurance coverage, explaining our receipt and that she would contact once items arrive on island. Hannah made it easy to shop and her customer service was on point we left feeling very SATISFIED

We came to the HomeWorld in Kapolei and we had Russ as our customer service representative. She was so helpful and answered all our questions. She Helped us get the best deal on all our furniture. We have since been back to purchase a few more pieces and she remembered us and still worked to get us the best deal. I would tell anyone looking for furniture to go to the Kapolei HomeWorld and ask for Russ.

Our experience at Ashley homestore kapolei, was the best, Russ was fun and made us feel like we were family, We felt comfortable and took our time looking around, we didn’t feel pushed to buy. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking to buy. They have great deals.

She was knowledgeable and patient throughout the sales process. I visited the store several times and had many questions for her. In areas she was not familiar, she consulted with her colleague, Richard. They had great teamwork between each other. On a day when I visited the store, Lisa was off. Regarding I was Lisa’s client, Richard jumped in to answer my questions
I would highly recommend Lisa to my colleagues. In fact I have already referred a friend to her.

Sales associate greeted us by the entrance, we explained we were looking for a recliner with lift. My husband who is 6'4" had open heart surgery and we needed something for him to easily be able to get up from.
She showed us all the options, helped us select the one that would be best for his size and comfort. The one we selected was no longer in stock and we did not want to wait to have it ordered. She was able to sell us the floor model at a discount which was a plus!
Very pleasant and knowledgeable sales associate and highly recommend HomeWorld if you are needing furniture!
