Hot Topic is a good store with lots of selections from music groups, funko, anime, jewelry, and clothing. The customer service is okay, not super great but not bad. The store is much larger than normal Hot Topic stores and is clean and well presented. It is organized and clean, colored all black giving a dark vibe inside. It has many items including Hello Kitty and other characters, Harry Potter, shirts, key chains, and other cool characters. Located inside the mall, it is fairly small but you can find a lot of interesting stuff and mostly dark colors. Some staff give great help and have a great sense of humor. Customers like coming in and checking items out.
I really love Hot topic! They have a wide selection of Anime items and great deals!
