They were just unbelievable, not only were they able to fit me last min but they also did everything they could to make sure I was set. The worker were even willing to stay back a little just to help me out. Also had awesome customer service.

I needed an emergency tire fix and this place was a Godsend! Alika was very helpful and showed me what was wrong. He was able to replace the two tires in less than an hour, then fixed me up with a wheel alignment from a shop across from his. All this was done within 2 hours! I would definitely return and highly recommend JA Tire ??

Great tire shop! Super easy to get in and out. Very reasonable prices and way easier to deal with and faster than lex Brody's or Midas etc.
This place reminds me of the tire place I used to go to in my hometown in Sarasota, Florida.
I'll be back for all my tire needs.

I had a dilemma being stuck on the road going into campbell because I got a flat tire. I am 34 weeks pregnant, my husband is in Hilo and the tow company was going to take 40 minutes to get to me and my two girls. I wouldn't have been here if it wasn't for Shynell towing. He was already hauling another vehicle and saw me on the side and offered his service and towed me to another trusted buisness. I couldnt have been more blessed for these two buisness who display so much Aloha. God bless these local braddahs. They took car of my car right away.

Just came back from deployment and needed some tires for my Jeep. ACTIVE DUTY 5% off tires purchased through them (not tires on sale) and I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was greeted by the technician at my appointment at 12 o'clock very friendly, very fast very assuring one of the best experiences I've had in a very long time. This place gets more than five stars I would be highly recommended from me and my friends.

I had an emergency flat tire. JA tire was open longer than other nearby shops. Had the tire I needed in stock. But even more importantly: they offered me the chance to repair it first, and did not pressure me for the more expensive option. They had tire patched up in 30 min.
To recap: opens for later, good inventory, fast service. And they were kind to me in an emergency. Great tire shop.

I came in to have my right rear tire checked and thank God my problem was solved. My tire was saved and patched due to a small nail that was stuck & hidden in the tire. Mahalo for fixing the problem!!! This place is a life saver. We need more places like this that have true ALOHA. I definitely recommend this tire shop. Mahalo and God bless.2012 Nissan Sentra
