Of all the Macy's on the island, this is probably the smallest with the last to offer. Even at christmas time, it's extremely lacking. If you can stand the drive, I'd recommend Ala Moana instead.

So me and my girlfriend went to this location to do a pickup order for a jewelry. What made this experience bad, I understand there is a policy to have an ID to pick up the jewelry in store. Whoever was the representative name was, wearing a red blazer or something had a sassy attitude, and seemed filipino. You can explain things nicer and more professional. You are held to a high standard when working in anything service related. I work in a retail store as well. Though it’s frustrating at times, please be mindful on your body language and your tone. Either go back to training or take a break if you are unhappy. My girlfriend was very upset with how she was treated and if I have to come in the conversation to speak my mind. You better do a better job next time

The salesclerk is very accomodating, there are many sale items, you need to have macy's card to have additional discount. The store product are neatly arrange.

Less than 5 minutes into the store with the intention of aimless browsing and retail therapy, two associates (one after the other) welcomed me a bit too aggressively with the very heavy question asking what I was looking for. I would have loved to stay and browse, but the associates didn't seem to want to leave me alone. I also would have loved to continue browsing as I saw something I wanted a closer look at, but the associates made me feel uncomfortable staying.

Very clean but very expensive for me. I do enjoy walking through to see what they have new. Occasionally do get things when they have sales.

My review of Macy's department store in Kamakana Ali Shopping Center in Kapolei
Today I was going to work out at 24 hour Fitness but I forgot to bring my shoes. And shoes are required if you're going to work out in the gym. So I walked over to Macy's Skechers slip on shoes and they were on sale for $55. And I needed socks and they had socks there so I bought that that was on sale too. So I wore the shoes in the socks out of the store and I went and had a workout in the gym. Macy's had what I needed. Thank you Macy's hugs.

Macys is still one of the few department stores that offers a great variety of quality items, clothing & shoes without breaking the bank. They still have visible employees that are helpful. That's a bonus nowadays with this generation. Still one of my favorite stores for special occasions and every day delights. Keep up the great choices and service.

Went into macy's one day Manager who was working named Jana ignored me while i was asking for help. She looked at me while i was looking at Jewelry knowing I did need help. i called for her and she looked at me and walked away as if it was not her problem. I do not recommend going to this macys take your time else where.
