Great service, Emma was knowledgeable, honest, and most of all, personable. Took the time to explain all features, pros and cons of the mattress, and best yet, patient. Don’t rush or give off and “sales person” vide or demeanor. Highly recommend Mattress Firm as their pricing beats everyone, and I definitely looked around, customer service is AWESOME, not just Emma, but the entire staff, they was even before they knew we were going to buy.

Marlene showed me Options and Educated me. She showed me what the different Frames looked like and mentioned what others had to say, so I could make an informed decision. We had a very good experience. Emma, Danielle, and Kelsi were very friendly and extremely helpful. We tested the temper-pedic beds and it was wonderful!
