As you can see by their reviews they've got a stellar reputation - that's why they were the first ones we called - and I've talked to people who have used them and they were impressed also! So if looking for a moving company, I'd highly recommend them! Aloha

My wife and I moved from Denver to Kauai. We hired JNR to handle everything - from our three vehicles to all of our household goods. Eugene with JNR provided personable, responsive service from beginning to end. I believe what separates the good from the great moving and logistics company is not when everything goes smoothly, but when there is an inevitable imperfection in such a substantial move. The local movers hired in Denver where super nice and worked hard. But they didn't pack the container appropriately causing one of our pieces of furniture to fall during transit onto one of our vehicles in the container. This damaged the left front side panel. But once we pointed this out to Eugene and JNR with photo proof, he was on the case immediately contacting the local movers and ultimately getting them to pay the full estimated repair costs from our local ford dealership. Well done Eugene! No move is always perfect. Especially one of this size. But when something went wrong, JNR was there to make it right. That to me is excellence.

If I'm writing a review on Yelp, which I hardly ever do, it is either REALLY bad, or in this case, REALLLLLLLY amazing. I cannot speak high ENOUGH of Eugene and his small team - for full transparency, I reached out to a few different companies for quotes, and one of them, Royal Hawaiian Movers, which is supposed to be a good one, wouldn't even give me time of day. They claim they are contracted out by the military and wouldn't even quote me on how much my household goods would be. I guess money talks - and a small household shipment doesn't pay as much as their military moves! So shame, especially for a locally "named" company. Anyhow, onto Eugene and JNR Logistics. From DAY ONE, when we were quoted, and EVERY single step of the way, not only does Eugene and crew respond back almost instantly, at all times of day (sorry Eugene!), but they made a very stressful time of moving form Hawaii to the mainland, a whole lot better. They were able to fit two of our cars and ALL of our household items in ONE CONTAINER! And then gave discounts to help us financially as it is NOT cheap to ship things from Hawaii to the US mainland. I will never be able to give this company the praise they deserve. They communicate with you when your shipment is moving, ETA on getting there (got to the mainland WAAAY FASTER than we wanted it to, how funny is that), and then provide local on-ground subs to handle your move-in (and they were AWESOME). From start to finish, everyone has been amazing to deal with and if I ever move again, there is no doubt I will call Eugene and book with them. THANK YOU JNR, for making a move from Hawaii - mainland, painless and for your aloha!

I was so pleased with the customer service I received from this company. JNR Global Logistics professionally handled our move from Hawaii to Florida. Gene and his team provided all the necessary information we needed so we could concentrate on our part of moving. Our shipping container and 2 vehicles all arrived in perfect condition. Thank you to all of their team for making this move seem easy for us. I highly recommend this company.

JNR relocated our household goods from Molokai to northern CA. Eugene arranged logistics on both ends and everything went according to plan. Target dates were met. I had obtained another quote and found JNR's to be slightly lower. I would not hesitate to use JNR again.

Eugene Jasper and his company JNR Global Logistics are absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! Gene walked me through the process from start to finish. He made a very difficult process a super organized outstanding move from Colorado to Maui. His knowledgeable expertise is in many areas from setting up movers to the pod delivery drop off / pick up tracking. I would absolutely recommend JNR Global Logistics he is THE BEST. If I ever need to move again I will definitely be using them.

OMFG! I cannot say enough about Gene and everyone at JNR Global logistics. They made our move from Oahu to Las Vegas a breeze! His quote beat every mover I called plus he got it all done with only a 1 week notice. We were concerned about reputable movers due to the recent scams we saw on the news. Plus we had issues with a mover years ago who conveniently lost only our expensive items. I'm grateful this was not the case for us this time. I found out about JNR Logistics through Matson customer service. I asked them about the movers they most often work with and JNR Global Logistics was 1 of the 2 recommended. I'm glad I asked because I didn't find them when I searched for movers online. I greatly appreciate Gene! Great communication and execution especially on short notice. I would give you guys 10 stars if Yelp allowed it!

Great company .....locally owned ..amazing team ... lisa and the team were hard working even on a super hot day they kept charging to get the job done ...professional... fast ... amazing communication....gene walked me thru the whole process from packing in Hawaii to the end in Texas.. A great company highly recommend....will use again when I move back

I posted a request for a quote, not only was JNR the first to respond but they had the best price by far! Lisa was there on time and Tony crushed it all day! Gene negotiated our price, couldn't have asked for much more tbh. We moved from Kane'ohe to Waipio and they were great. The staff was extremely friendly, really good people. We had must of our stuff boxed up and just wanted help with big items and JNR was the perfect solution for the job. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for good people to assist you with your local move. Mahalo nui loa JNR!

We contacted several companies for a quote to ship our home items from O'ahu to Kaua'i. Lisa came for a quick visit to our home the same day for an assessment. From there, and in short notice, JNR was able to arrange movers, container to load, ship to take to another island, and arrange for people to help us unload when it arrives in Kaua'i. Gene was very communicative, got us our quote right away. What I really appreciated from Gene too was calling back to ask questions instead of making assumptions. They also quoted us the most reasonable price, and were very helpful in accommodating/working with our limited budget. The movers were *so* fast, and all of our larger items were wrapped up and loaded in the truck in about 3 hours. We were so impressed! If we ever need to move again, we will definitely be contacting JNR. They made what is normally a very stressful process, super smooth. Mahalo nui, Lisa and Eugene, and everyone at JNR!

In Nov. and Dec. of 2021, in the middle of the pandemic, I had to do 2 moves at once. My daughter moved to Japan for college and I was moving to mainland. We were both moving with our cats as well and everything was very hectic with customs and whatnot. So this whole process could have been a real nightmare if it hadn't been for Eugene and Lisa and her crew making things so much easier for me. They kept everything simple, I was able to ask questions anytime I wanted to ( even though they were out of state in another country, always contacted me right away! Each time!) if it weren't for their great service I would have lost my mind probably since it was in the midst of shipment difficulties on the mainland side that was in the news and I had things that had sentimental values. They really did great job wrapping my fragile dolls my late grandmother hand crafted and other things that were sent to Japan as well. Everything I received in Japan and in mainland was in exact shape as it left my home in Hawaii. So thank you very much for everyone at JNR! Truly appreciated! Mahalo!

If you are moving across the street or across the ocean, JNR Global Logistics is the best choice. Not only is moving stressful, it's always very fluid. In other words, change happens. Gene and team will do everything possible to turn on a dime and assure every detail of your move is handled professionally and expediently. Your household goods are your prize belongings. Don't take a chance on the rest, use the best!
