Store was very clean and well stocked. I was greeted when I entered which is always a great symbol of the Aloha Spirit. Staff was very friendly. The store is centrally located in Kapolei and is near Safeway supermarket. Gas prices at Hele are always competitive and their Kamaaina Rewards program is also the best in the state as the points accumulated can be used for any product sold there. Amazing.

There is no NFC reader at this location. Due to my credit card having fraudulent transactions I had to have a replacement card and credit card was not going to be received on time.

Busy Friday evening. Purchased gas. All good. Was going to get some grub close by. No parking. Went back in to nom nom and asked the manager (short guy with glasses and black hair) if my vehicle can occupy one of their parking stalls for half an hour, (all unoccupied) and explained we have a handicap placard and my girlfriend can't move too well tonight and that there was no parking close to where we were going to be, but their parking wasn't far. This little man was adamant that this was "not allowed". Was I out of line to ask? Or should I have just parked there? Anyway, this guy cares nothing for the handicapped and all I could say was "WOW "!
