We rented from One Team Realty upon arriving to the Hawaii. We are a military family and had to adjust quick! Luckily we found a property with Darren Holbrook, Liz, and their team. They were extremely prompt with maintenance request and anything a tenant could ask for. I truly appreciated the app for paying rent and maintenance support with the house. Thank you truly for the outstanding service!!

I have been one of One Team Realty’s tenant’s for 7 years! I can’t thank Darren and Liz enough for all that they have done for me and my roommates. They were always extremely responsive when it came to any issues or problems with the home. They would have repairs completed in a timely manner and by reputable service providers. Their online services made rent payments, maintenance requests, and keeping track of all my rental information very easy. I’m very thankful that Darren chose me to rent from his team! I wish that I could continue to work with them but the only reason I moved on was because the owner of the home I was living in decided to sell. If I ever had the opportunity to rent with One Team Realty again I would in a heartbeat. Thank for everything One Team Realty!

Terrible experience working with owner. He is supposedly a “property manager” that does absolutely zero property “managing” things. Only uses his “website” and Zillow to advertise for rentals. Pictures of rentals are taken from his iPhone and REUSES pictures from previous listing without prior approval from photographer.
Wasted over a month and couldn’t find a tenant and wanted to be reimbursed $250 for doing absolutely nothing.
The worst of all, in order for a potential tenant to rent YOUR property, they are required to join One Team Reality’s mandatory “Credit Boosting” program for $50 / month whether you want it or not.
Don’t bother using this and go with a different Property Manager.

Darren and One Team Realty are top notch. We had problems with our previous property manager, and were mainland at the time. I found Darren online. He took time to talk with me and discuss everything. He truly works for the owner, while taking very good care of your tenants too. He has plenty of experience, and offers great advice, but always allows you to make your own choice and decisions. He noticed and addressed several things that were neglected at our house, and helped us to get them fixed. He also got new tenants in asap when we were left in a tight spot, and helped us make sure our house was open when we were ready to move back. We are now about to move back in, and so happy that Darren helped us prepare for it!

Wow... this is the place for property management! Darren has integrity, goes over and beyond, and takes care of his clients (both property owners & the tenants). Absolutely amazing! He streamlines his systems (as automated & digital as possible). Plus his customer service is excellent and he fixes things quickly (usually within 24 hours). He makes it win-win for everyone!
