People talked literally all throughout the movie. It was so bad we had to get a refund 30 minutes into the show. It would be nice if things were done to ensure appropriate behavior during shows.

My family and I frequently visit and we have never had an issue until tonight. I believed everyone knew how lines worked, but apparently I was wrong. We were next in line and a man from another line hopped in front of us as I was pushing my son's wheelchair up to the attendant to purchase tickets. This isn't particularly the theater's fault, but instead more of people being rude. HOWEVER, the attendant watched as this happened and we both locked eyes confused. Instead of refusing his service and asking him to step back in line, she proceeded with his transaction. I understand situations like this can be difficult, but management should encourage their workers to speak up when they see something wrong.

Staff was VERY FRIENDLY!! Lota of easy parking. The cup holders in table trays were kinda gross. I'm not sure if it was funky or just old ..so that threw me off but other than that...I will definitely be returning.

My favorite theater ?, love the recliners and this location has a table for you to put your food on... The kids behind the register work very hard. It can get pretty busy.

Our family decided to take the kiddos to the movies to watch Aquaman 2. We got there with enough time to order some food while the kids go get our seats. Well, that's what we thought! Mind you, it was NOT busy at all, like hardly anyone buying popcorn or whatever. The family in front of us put in their order while we figured out what we all wanted. When we finally figured out what to order we went to the next open register. This guy DID NOT look like he wanted to be there!! We gave him our order and my brother repeated it to him several times and he still got it WRONG! Like, it's not busy, there's not a lot of people behind us and yet his communication skills was Non Existent!! He literally didn't look like he wanted to be at work and moved super SLOW!! Then, we had to wait for the hot food at the end of the counter and that family before us was still WAITING! Like, it's been almost 10-15 minutes before we even had to wait for our order. We ALL were standing there and NO ONE cared to ask us if we're waiting, needed anything, apologized for the long wait or whatever. They just kept walking by ALL of us with no kind of care. Customer Service was not working tonight!! When the other family finally got their food, it was just a small order of fries or something. Then when we got our order it was WRONG! Then they had to CONFIRM with the guy that took our order of it was correct cause we didn't have our receipt cause my nephew took it with him by accident!! Like, we been waiting here for 30+ minutes the movie is starting and you asking about a receipt, wrong order and NO kind of apology!! Yeah, I'm no longer ordering food from their concession anymore. Service was NONE EXISTENT! The staff was just looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. The other family looked annoyed too, but they were keeping their cool like us. But, nope...better to eat first and bypass the concession. POPCORN is the ONLY thing he got right. Didn't get our drinks correct!! UGH!! Besides that, the theater was clean and the movie was good. Concession stand is a No Go!!

Seat material is completely worn out and needs replacement. Gives off the feeling of being dirty. Makes you not want to touch.
