Reyn Spooner at Ka Makana Ali'i is a fabulous store with a huge selection of shirts and kids wear, including some great exclusive designs. The shirts are amazing, incredibly well made, and fit so well, even in larger sizes. They are high quality pieces, considered a standard and a true kamaaina gem. While some may find the price a bit steep, the cotton/polyester blend shirts are known for their longevity, easily lasting over 25 years with proper care and requiring no ironing. The customer service is consistently described as top notch, wonderful, professional, excellent, and fantastic. The staff is helpful and friendly, often going above and beyond. This includes helping customers find items, expertly handling challenging situations like inventory delays with apologies and solutions such as discounts, virtual shopping, and follow-up calls, and ensuring a positive shopping experience that makes customers want to return again and again. We found Reyn Spooner for the first time and we are in love! These shirts are so incredibly well made and fit so well. We struggle finding high quality shirts in my husband's size-- what a great find. Service was also so fantastic- we will be lifers.
