Exceptional Service & Product
I recently placed an order with Sleep Number and had a bit of trouble with the website accepting my street address (outer island life!). I decided to call the Kapolei, O‘ahu store and I’m so glad I did. Diana answered my call and was absolutely wonderful—cheery, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
She not only took care of the address issue quickly but also shared great tips on choosing the right bed accessories, and shipping to the outer island. Her understanding of working with outer island customers was impressive and truly appreciated. In today’s world, this level of friendly and personal customer service is rare and so refreshing. She made me feel like a valued customer!
My husband and I love our Sleep Number bed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the product and the Kapolei store. Mahalo, Diana, for making our experience such a positive one!

In a recent purchase of a Sleep Number King bed the customer service was tops. I was grateful to have been notified the sale would quickly be coming to an end. Another day and I would have missed the savings. Lakhmi and Diana alerted me and I was able to let my son in Boston know. He quickly made the purchase on my behalf and I am most appreciative. 👍

Be prepared to wait. All 3 times we have gone, there has been one employee working. Waited 30-45 minutes each time.

Great sales experience with Diana! Lousy, unprofessional delivery experience. Canceled $3000 bed order after waiting nearly a month, then delivery date changes 5 times! Not what I expected from a known name brand!

My wife, daughter, and I went to the Kapolei store and was instantly met by Diana Mendoza. She was professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and kind. In and out within an hour. I would encourage anyone shopping for a new bed featuring the best and most current features to give Sleep Number a strong consideration. Beds are something many people put off purchasing for a long time. However, the right bed has so many benefits. Give Diana and the Kapolei Team a chance to earn your business.

Trying to get our sleep number bed delivered has been an atrocious experience. They only deliver M-F 9am-noon. So what if we work ? I tried to reschedule for days but the call center is only open M-F 8-4:30. The 24/7 chat does not work 24/7. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone, the next date was 1 month ahead and due to working weekdays we could not find a date until 2 months out. So in total I will have waited 2.5 months before getting my bed. Honestly, want to just cancel order at this point.
